The CUO, Odisha uploaded the lists of Eligible and Not Eligible candidates for Deputy Registrar
position at CUO website on dated 09/07/2021. The University has also provided an opportunity for
grievance redressal from 09/07/2021 to 15/07/2021 (upto 05.00 pm) through e-mail ID:
recruitmentcell@cuo.ac.in. The grievances received within the stipulated time have been examined by a
duly constituted committee on dated 16.07.2021.
On the basis of the recommendations of Committee and approval of competent authority, provisional list
of Eligible candidates for the position of Deputy Registrar is finalized. The details of shortlisted
candidates are as under -
This is for information of all the candidates and no further queries/ grievances in this regard will be
entertained, henceforth.
Note:
i. The candidates who have been declared provisionally Eligible with condition(s) and not
submitted their supporting documents till 15.07,2021 (upto 05.00 pm) are hereby given
LAST OPPORTUNITY to submit respective requisite /supporting document(s) latest by
29.07.2021 upto 05.00 pm at E-Mail ID: recruitmentcell@cuo.ac.in failing which their
candidature will automatically stand CANCELLED.
ii. Interview letters to provisionally Eligible candidates will be sent after 16.07.2021 to the
E-MAIL ID provided by them in their application forms. In case, a short-listed candidate
does not receive the call letter by 21.07.2021, s/he must immediately contact the
University at the email ID recruitmentcell@cuo.ac.in
iii. The interviews for the post of Deputy Registrar will be held from 28.07.2021 to
29.07.2021 in online mode only. All shortlisted candidates are requested to make it
convenient to attend interview as per the schedule given in interview letter.
Applicants are provisionally allowed to appear in the selection process on the basis of the
information furnished by them in their application form. Issuance of letter for the interview/
selection process will not confer any right for appointment. If the applicants are found
ineligible at any stage of recruitment process, he/she will be disqualified, their candidature may
be cancelled and if selected, appointment may be cancelled. Hiding information or submitting
false information may lead to cancellation of candidature at any stage of recruitment. In case
any information given / declaration by the applicant is found to be false or if the applicant has
wilfully suppressed any material information relevant to the appointment, he/she will be liable
to be removed from the service and penal action may be taken as deemed fit by the appointing
authority.
