KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 Check the Consumables such as welding electrodes, flux, gases, etc. to be used shall be as per
standards spoilt Consumables should not be used.
 Control calibrated measuring and test equipment used on the project.
 Receiving material inspection welding stage, in process and final inspection reports.
 Ensure the identification and traceability of all material throughout to all stage of the project as
per required standard & specification.
 Stage wise inspection during the fit up and welding activities.
 Solving welding problems in several of fabrication and NDT co-ordination.
 To ensure the NDT activity such as PT, MPT, during pre-fabrication and after completion of
welding activities are being carried out as per the relevant standard and specification
 Check all field welding is in accordance with WPS, procedures and by qualified welders.
 Monitoring repair percentage, inspection results and regular site activities.
 Solving the Observation & NCR’s for violation found during inspection.
 Monitor and ensure that all work is in accordance with project standards and specification
 Report preparation, review, submission and documentation as per client and quality system.
