HCL TECHNOLOGY

INTRODUCTION OF THE COMPANY:


HCL Technologies is an Indian multinational information technology (IT) services and
consulting company headquartered in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. It is an HCL Enterprise
subsidiary. It began as a research and development section of HCL before becoming a
separate firm in 1991 when HCL joined the software services market. With a global network
of R&D, "innovation laboratories," and "delivery centers," the corporation has operations in
52 countries, including the United Kingdom, the United States, Germany, and France.
HCL Technologies is a next-generation international technology company that helps
businesses rethink their operations for the digital age. HCL technology products and services
are built on four decades of innovation, with a globally recognized organizational strategy, a
strong culture of innovation and risk-taking, and a constant focus on client interactions. HCL
is also proud of its diverse workforce, as well as its social responsibility, environmental, and
education programs. Global delivery capabilities are provided through the company's
international network of R&D centers and co-innovation laboratories.

The total number of employees – 197,777 on 31st December 2021.
There are no of original employees still working in the company even after 25 years, the
employees are proud to say that they are privileged to work in a place where they love what
they do.

About company’s ethics


HCL is committed to being transparent and accountable to its internal and external

world who are entrusted with the company's choices and business practices. The
cornerstone of a company's business ethics is trust. The HCL Code of Business Ethics and
Conduct, or COBEC, is their code of conduct. It is made up of the company's laws, rules, and
policies. It instructs stakeholders on how they should conduct themselves on both a
professional and personal level while working for the company.
