In complete sentences, describe what you did to complete this assignment/activity:
To complete this activity Mrs. Jones sent a paper around with everyone’s scores on each of my tests for
me to take a picture of. Then I opened up Microsoft Excel and opened an online worksheet. There were
empty boxes I had to fill in from the paper. I looked at the sheet, then filled in the box with the test it was
from. I also had to look at a table below to see the level my score went into, and typed that in another box.
The worksheet automatically generated your points and grade once you inserted all your points. The last
thing you had to do after on the worksheet was to review your scores and at the bottom you typed the test
you think you needed to improve on the most. Then you submitted it to schoology.

This activity itself shows personal management skills because in the activity I sorted my grades and
decided which level they went into. This shows organization and that I can decide what grade goes where,
in each of the categories. I also decided which test I didn’t do good on. I can turn them into the level they
go in, plus turning the assignment in on time.

Some of the strengths for this activity were you could see what your grade was and that I could see how
it was graded. While doing this activity, I could see my score for each test and the final grade I got before
I turned it in, because it was one of the things you had to enter. I also got to grade myself by entering the
scores for each test that was provided on the picture on the clipboard Mrs. Jones showed us. I could also
see how she was grading us, and that was inserting the scores you got from the test and letting it all
calculate into your final points.

The main weakness to this activity was probably figuring where everything goes from the paper on the
clipboard to putting your exact score and then seeing what level you got and inserting that as well. You
could mess up in between and maybe insert your plank test scores for your sit and reach scores by
accident, or you could miscalculate your levels, for example if you got a 90 on the beep test it would be a
level 7 but you put a level 8.
