Instructions for security

Before installing and using the LMCV4-Digit-M control card, read this section
carefully. If you have any questions about this document, please contact BJJCZ.

1. Safety operation steps

 Please abide by all the safety descriptions of laser (including but
not limited to the relevant chapters described in laser, vibration
mirror, and in this document)
 At any time, please turn on the laser power supply after turning on the
computer power supply,LMCDIGIT-M power supply and mirror power supply.
Otherwise, it may cause damage due to an uncontrollable laser beam.
We recommend that you use light sluration to avoid damage caused by
uncontrollable laser

2. The safety part of the customer is responsible

 LMCV4-Digit-M is designed to control a laser scanning system. Therefore,

all safety instructions for laser systems should be understood and
implemented by customers. Customers must strictly abide by the relevant
safety operation instructions and independently responsible for the
safety of the laser system used.
 Security rules may be different due to different countries. Customers
have the responsibility to abide by all local regulations.
 Please check carefully before running the software. Software errors
may cause the system to stop response. In this case, both vibration
mirrors and laser are not controlled.
 Please avoid damage to the impact of wet, dust, corrosion and foreign
objects.
 When storing and using board cards, avoid damage to the electromagnetic
field and static electricity. They may damage the electronic devices
on the board. Please use the anti -static packaging bag to store the
card;
 Please ensure that the board is stored in the environment from -20 ° C to+60 °
C. The allowable working environment temperature is 25 ℃ ± 10 ℃.

一、Overview

1.1 How to identify LMC-Digit-M control card

"Model: LMCV4-DIGIT-M" "Rev: 20151013" is printed on the upper left left position,
as shown in Figure 1-1.

CON2:CO2/YAG Series Laser's DB25 control interface;

CON4:IO interface,Used to connect the power supply and extend the axis control
signal, the DB15 socket

1.2 Main Feature

 The vibration mirror control signal is a digital signal, which can directly
connect the international universal digital vibration mirror
 Extended shaft (step motor/servo motor) output: the direction/pulse signal
control step motor (or servo motor) of a channel can be used for output a shaft
or splicing
 2 GM input digital signals (compatible with TTL). Xorg0, (in15)
 2 General output digital signals (TTL compatibility). OUT4, out5 is TTL output
 Remark (cache content repeated label) signal: The same content for marking
content, requiring high -speed marks. (If the marking content contains variable
texts, or more marked content cannot be stored in the board card, it must be
connected to the general input signal.)
 Compatible with USB2.0

二、Electrical Connections

2.1 Interface Description

2.1.1 Power Supply

 The control card requires a 5V DC power supply. It is recommended to use

a 5V/3A DC power supply. 4/5/12/13 pipe foot access from the CON4 plague

CON4 NAME DESCRIPTION

4, 5 VCC +5V,Positive polarity of the
power supply
11,12,13 GND Ground. The negative polar
end of the power supply.

2.1.2 CON1 :DB15 SCANHEAD CONTROL

The vibration mirror control signal is a digital signal, which can be directly
connected to the digital vibration mirror. Different digital signals used in digital
vibration mirrors
The transmission protocol is not exactly the same, so it is necessary to confirm
what the transmission protocol is used in the digital mirror. Our company also
provides a digital transfer simulation rotary board, which can also be converted
into an analog signal output to connect to the analog vibration mirror through this
conversion board.
