    I. Title of Activity : Learning Action Cell (LAC) Session for the K to 12
    Implementation
    II. Location/Date : Hilongos South Central – V – SPED ROOM

    June 2, 2016, 1:00 – 5:00 PM

    III. Summary:
    1. Opening Prayer
    Mrs. Rowena R. Bathan led the opening prayer.
    2. Roll Call –
    Checking of attendance was done by Mrs. Cecilia Suarez. There were 24
    teachers who were present and 2 were absent. Mrs. Fe Juliet Claveria and Mrs.
    Virginia Bughao.
    3. Reading of Division Memo/DepEd Order/Republic Act. In the absence of our
    LAC leader, Mr. Celestino Claveria, Mrs. Leonarda Antolihao, assistance grade
    4 LAC Leader preside the the LAC session and read the following
    memo/order/republic act:
    a. DepEd order 3 13 S. 2016. Policy Guidelines on Healthy Food and
    Beverage Choices
    b. Executive Order # 26 S. 2016 – Providing for the Establishments of
    Senate Tree Environment in Public and enclosed places.
    c. Republic Act No. 10916 – An act requiring the Mandatory Installation of
    Speed Limits in Public Utility and certain types of vehicles
    d. Republic Act # 10913 – Anti – Distracted Driving Act
    e. Republic Act # 10666 – And act providing for the safety of children
    aboard motorcycle.
    f. DepEd Order # 42 s. 2016 – Policy Guidelines on Daily Lesson
    Preparation for the K to 12 Basic Education Program.
    4. Mrs. Antolihao also informed us the following points being discussed during
    their staff meeting.
    a. June 5, 2017 – Opening of Classes – write your lesson plan.
    b. Include in you classroom program handwashing/catechism 80 – 90
    min./week
    c. Classroom program must be seen on the table and door label.
    d. June 6, 2017 – lesson observation – Concepcion and Central
    e. June 7, 2017 – team observation Atabay and Talisay
    f. Whole month of June, 2017 – No meeting
    IV. Actual Result/Outcome
    a. The teachers gave their reaction regarding the different memo/order/republic
    act read by Mrs. Antolihao.
    b. Subject grouping was done. Each group will be responsible in making test
    questions. They will also divide the sheets into 3 contact only.
    Grouping of grade 5 teachers by subject.

    c. Daily Lesson preparation. The teacher will choose if she/he will be using the
    DLL or DLP.
    V. Problems Encountered:
    1. Until this time we have not received TG & LM coming from DepEd National.
    We used the TG from the Region IM’s from LRMDS.
    2. We need printer so that we can lessen the expenses during periodical test.
    VI. Lessons Learned:
    1. Teachers must find ways and means to make teaching learning more effective.
    VII. Sustainability/Replication:
    Through LAC sessions and other in service trainings teachers will be fully
    equipped with the knowledge and skills needed for the full implementations of the K to 12
    Program (BEP).
    Implementations of the different Republics act ensure for the safety and welfare of
    our pupils/children. Let us all abide and give 100% support.
