     How DSB of WTO is the best in the world?

    OBJECTIVES
     To trace the reasons for the failure of DSB of GATT 1947.

     To examine the role of Uruguay rounds in the evolution of DSB.

     To study the new DSB of WTO, how it is advanced and more efficient than GATT 1947.

    The researcher has referred the material available on the WTO website over the evolution of
    dispute settlement mechanism of WTO, to get the clear idea of the role of stock exchanges.
