Dear Naseem,
You shall be designated as Field Operator at our Okaya Power Private Limited
office located at D-8, Rohtak Road, Udyog Nagar, Mangolpuri, New Delhi, Delhi
-110041.
The terms and conditions of your employment with the Company are given as
detailed below: - Your employment with the Company takes effect from 10th
January 2021.
1. Your employment ID is .
3. Your monthly remuneration will be as set out in the Annexure A attached and
subject to revision from time to time at the discretion of the Company.
4. Income Tax, PF and ESI and any other statutory deduction that is applicable, will
be deducted at source.
5. You will be eligible for gratuity as per provisions of the Payment of Gratuity Act
1972. For the purpose of computing gratuity, which shall become payable upon your
retirement or resignation or termination, whichever is
earlier.
6. You will be eligible for leaves as per Company Rules, details of which are available
with the HR department. The Company follows a strict policy to control uninformed
leaves/absenteeism. The Company issues Show Cause letters to employees absenting
from work without notice for a period of 8 days continuously. Failure to respond to
show cause results in termination on the 18th day from date of show cause.
7. You will be required to carry out all duties and responsibilities assigned to you
from time to time in a diligent manner.
9. You will be required to apply and maintain the highest standards of personal
conduct and integrity and comply with all Company policies and procedures. All acts
subversive of good conduct and discipline like insubordination, gross negligence,
corruption, fraud, forgery, misappropriation, etc. would warrant strong disciplinary
action from the Company.
10. You will not accept, directly or indirectly, any part time employment, occupation,
consulting
or other employment or carry on any business as long as you are an employee of the
Company and you will devote all your
efforts and time to promote the interests of the Company and its operations and
activities.
11. You acknowledge that all intellectual property which you solely or jointly
conceive or develop or reduce to practice in the products or services of the Company
or its affiliates, either alone or jointly, during the term of your employment, insofar
as such intellectual property may relate to or arise out of the business of the
Company or its affiliates, whether or not during business hours and where Company
resources are utilized will belong to the Company or its affiliates absolutely and the
Company or its affiliates alone, at its sole discretion, shall have the right to exploit
any and all of the rights associated with such intellectual property during and after
the term of your employment.
12. During the continuance of your employment with us and thereafter, you will not
divulge to any third party any confidential information of any description acquired
by you while in the Company's services, concerning the business of the Company, or
of its clients/ associates.
13. You are advised to maintain strict confidentiality as regards to your salary and
not divulge or disclose details of your salary to any of your colleagues within the
organization other than with the concerned HR person. Such disclosure shall be
treated as gross misconduct and your employment will be liable for termination.
14. Your initial place of work will be at Udyog Nagar, New Delhi. However, your
services are transferable, and you may be assigned to any location where the
Company or any of its associates or clients conduct business. While on transfer you
will be additionally governed by the rules, regulations and conditions relating to
such transfer unless otherwise communicated to you.
15. Upon discontinuation of your employment, you will return to the Company all
papers, documents, property etc. which you have in your possession, relating to the
affairs of the Company or its associates. You will not retain any copies or extract
there from.
16. This offer is based largely on the information you have supplied to the Company.
If it is found at any time that any of the information is false or that vital information
was not disclosed, the Company reserves the right to terminate your employment
without notice or salary in lieu.
17. Your notice period is one month or one-mo nth salary in lieu thereof. However,
the Company reserves the right to waive the notice period in case you resign from
the services of the Company.
18. You should notify the Company in case of any change of your residential address.
Failure to do so will be treated as an act of misconduct on your part.
19. You will abide by the rules and regulations of the Company, which may be in
force and as amended from time to time.
20. The Company reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of your
employment and you will communicated of any such amendments writing.
21. The terms of your employment with the Company shall be governed by the Laws
of India and the courts at Uttar Pradesh alone shall have the jurisdiction to try any
disputes arising therefrom.
22. If you are agreeable to the aforesaid terms and conditions, please return the
duplicate copy of this letter duly signed as a token of your acceptance.

1.1 understand that the Company will be working on a 24 X 7 format and that I will
be required to work at timings as assigned.
2.1 have read and understood the contents of this letter. The contents of this letter
have
been agreed and accepted by me and 1 am signing this letter as a token of the
foregoing acceptance. I also understand that, in offering me employment, the
Company has relied on the information given by me to the Company and I hereby
grant my unqualified consent to the Company to provide and/ or share all the
personal information provided by me, for the purpose of employment with the
Company, with any third party for conducting reference checks or for any other
lawful purpose. I also understand that this offer of employment is conditional on
and may be withdrawn if either condition is not satisfied.
