B. Working Method
The bottles are transported through the air duct, and then transferred to the filling machine of the
two in one machine through the bottle feeding wheel in the wheel assembly. The bottle that
rushes into the filling machine is clamped by the bottle clamp to hold the bottle mouth, rises
under the action of the lifting component of the bottle clamp, overcomes the action of the spring
of the filling valve, opens the filling valve, and starts filling; after filling, the bottle falls off the
bottle mouth under the action of the cam. The filled bottles are transferred into the capping
machine through the ferry wheel. The anti rotation knife on the capping machine blocks the
bottle neck to keep the bottle upright and prevent rotation. The capping head keeps revolution
and rotation on the capping machine. Under the action of cam, the capping head grabs, covers,
spins and takes off the capping head to complete the whole capping process. The finished bottle
is transferred from the capping machine to the bottle delivery chain by the bottle delivery wheel,
and then the two in one filling machine is transferred by the delivery chain.
