2. Safety

I. Basic safety precautions

1) The instruction manual must be read carefully or guided by a professional before use

2) The equipment must be disassembled, transported and installed when a special person in

charge is present.

3) Power supply must be as required

4) Check cables with different loads regularly

5) The machine is designed for single person operation, so other people must be away from

the machine,

6) Before starting the machine, the operator must check whether the functions of safety

facilities on the machine are normal and whether there is any problem with the machine

itself.

7) The operator must be clear about the function of emergency stop button and check it

regularly.

8) If the problems existing in the machine will endanger the safe operation, the machine

must stop immediately

9) During the maintenance or other operation of the machine, a warning must be given

before starting the machine.

10) In the process of inspection, maintenance and maintenance, if it is inevitable to shut down

the safety implementation, these operations must be carried out by designated personnel.

Personal accidents and damage to the machine must be prevented.

11) During the operation of conversion, cleaning, maintenance and maintenance, protective

clothing must be worn. Protective clothing should fit and be able to resist corrosion of

cleaning agent, etc.

12) According to the different types of work, safety glasses, some ear protection devices,

safety helmets, safety boots, gloves, etc. must be worn.

13) Do not wear gold and silver hand decorations (rings, necklaces) which may contact with

machine parts. Long hair should also be plugged into the hood.

14) Comply with the safety regulations formulated by the relevant departments of the

government.

II. Precautions before and during machine start-up

1) Only bottles and covers of good quality can be used.

2) Before starting the machine, it must be ensured that all conversion parts are installed

correctly and firmly; there is no foreign matter on the equipment, especially on the

rotating parts of the machine.

3) Before starting the machine, it is necessary to ensure that there is no personnel in the

dangerous area where the machine is running.

4) Tools and cleaning instruments on the machine shall not be used during the operation of

the machine.

5) During the operation of the machine, it is forbidden to enter the machine, and it should be

away from the driving parts of the machine.

6) It is not allowed to operate the machine carelessly.

7) If there is any problem with the instrument, indicator light and control parts on the

machine, the machine shall not be operated.

8) During the operation of the machine, listen to whether the machine operation sound is

normal. If not OK, you must find the cause and correct the problem.

9) Do not maintain the machine when the machine is running.

10) When the machine is not running, the main power supply must be cut off

III. During cleaning and maintenance

1) Do not use water or other liquid to clean electrical parts.

2) Special care must be taken to use cleaning agents, acid-base solutions, etc. with strong

corrosion effect. Use the cleaning agent according to the manufacturer's instructions.

When using these cleaning agents, protective clothing (safety glasses, gloves) and so on

must be worn.

3) The lubricating oil, grease and other similar substances which may cause personnel

sliding and injury must be removed from the handle, ladder and platform.

4) Check whether there is any problem with the parts of the machine, and if there is any

problem, it must be replaced.

3. Installation of the machine

1) It is better to unpack the machine at the installation site. Before unpacking, check

whether the packing box is damaged. After unpacking, check whether the equipment is in

good condition and count according to the packing list. If any damage or shortage is

found, analyze the responsibility and report to the relevant department in writing

immediately. If it is within the scope of our responsibility, please let us know by cable.

2) The machine should be installed in a place without vibration source and direct sunlight;

3) The machine shall be installed on a flat and solid foundation, and the leveler shall be used

to check whether the machine is flat;

4) Select the appropriate compressed air source, and the compressed air should be filtered;

5) Select the appropriate pipe to connect the water inlet of the bottle punching machine and

the material inlet of the filling machine;

6) Select the appropriate cable to connect the electric control box with the power supply.

B. Working Method

The bottles are transported through the air duct, and then transferred to the filling machine of the

two in one machine through the bottle feeding wheel in the wheel assembly. The bottle that

rushes into the filling machine is clamped by the bottle clamp to hold the bottle mouth, rises

under the action of the lifting component of the bottle clamp, overcomes the action of the spring

of the filling valve, opens the filling valve, and starts filling; after filling, the bottle falls off the

bottle mouth under the action of the cam. The filled bottles are transferred into the capping

machine through the ferry wheel. The anti rotation knife on the capping machine blocks the

bottle neck to keep the bottle upright and prevent rotation. The capping head keeps revolution

and rotation on the capping machine. Under the action of cam, the capping head grabs, covers,

spins and takes off the capping head to complete the whole capping process. The finished bottle

is transferred from the capping machine to the bottle delivery chain by the bottle delivery wheel,

and then the two in one filling machine is transferred by the delivery chain.

D. Bottle feeding part

Air Conveyor

This part is used to transfer the empty bottle to be filled into the three in one main machine in the

form of air conveying. The fan (1) is used to provide the power for bottle conveying, and the foot

(3) is used to adjust the height of the air duct. If the bottle shape is changed, the adjusting screw

rod (5) should be adjusted to make the guardrail (2) stabilize the bottle body, and the adjusting

piece (4) should be used to block different bottle diameters.

In order to make the bottle enter the filling machine smoothly, the a plate and B plate must be

adjusted before the machine runs, so that the walking track of the bottle is in the same line with

the center of the bottle mouth of the bottle feeding wheel.

ii. Explanation and basic adjustment

No. 1 is the filling liquid inlet pipe, and the lower part is connected with the filling pump by an

electromagnetic valve. The opening or closing of the filling pump is controlled by the change of

the upper and lower position of the float ball of No. 2, so as to keep the liquid level in the liquid

cylinder of No. 3 constant. When the filling liquid is discharged after the work, open the No. 4

ball valve. When the bottle mouth is crushed or there is water leakage at the contact position

between the bottle mouth and the filling valve when rotating the filling, it is necessary to loosen

the screw a, and then adjust the height of the filling valve by rotating part 11 (or adjust the height

of the filling cam of Part 7 by adjusting the round nut of Part B). Generally, the minimum height

from the bottle clamping plate to the sealing gasket at the bottle mouth of the filling valve is 8-10

mm less than the height of the bottle mouth (M - (8-10) at a in FIG. 11). When the bottle enters

and leaves the filling machine, it is necessary to adjust the position of the bottle blocking part of

No. 8. The adjusting part is at a in the figure above. No. 12 is used to adjust the front and back

distance, and No. 13 is used to adjust the up and down height.

The position of bottle clamp plate for Part 1 requires that the center of the bayonet must be on
the vertical center line of the filling valve, and No. 2 is the bottle lifting guide rod. It is strictly
forbidden to knock and scratch the upper and lower sliding precision parts. Otherwise, the up and
down sliding of the machine will not be smooth, which will affect the machine life. Piece 3 is a
slip sleeve to match. No. 4 is a wearing filling roller. It is recommended to observe regularly.

Structural features and working principle:

1) The machine adopts three column AC frequency conversion support structure, which is

very convenient to use and adjust;

2) The machine adopts AC frequency conversion speed regulation technology, which can

easily adjust the main machine and filling speed according to the needs of the production

line;

3) The machine is designed with automatic control system, when there is a can, the filling

valve will be opened; when there is no can, the filling valve will not be opened, so it will

not be filled;

4) The adjustment of filling quantity is realized by adjusting the inclination angle of

quantitative guide rail to adjust the piston stroke. A ruler is attached to the column with

square thread, which can be used to adjust the filling amount.

5) When adopting different tank height, the height of corresponding parts should be

adjusted; when adopting different tank type, the corresponding parts such as can pulling

screw and can dividing screw should be replaced; when cooperating with the height of

front and rear production lines, the height of screw shaft of foot assembly of the machine

can be adjusted;

6) The feeding seal of piston pair of this machine has compensation function. The piston

pair can always keep good sealing, long service life and accurate filling quantity; Some

linear and rotary parts of the machine adopt new engineering plastic bearings, which have

the advantages of maintenance free, lubrication free, high wear resistance, long service

life and low cost.

7) Other parts of the machine contacting with food are made of stainless steel, which can

8) The piston lifting of this machine is guided by the guiding column combined with the

engineering plastic linear bearing, which avoids milling long grooves on the wall of the

piston barrel and improves the accuracy and performance of the piston barrel.

When the capping product is crooked, the center of the capping head and the bottle mouth of the

fixing plate is not in a straight line (line C in the figure B above). Adjustment method: loosen the

screw a in figure a, and then rotate the central spindle 3 of the 8 No. 2 screw caps as a whole

until the position is correct. The screw B in Fig. B is used to adjust the center of the bottle

hanging mouth of the fixing plate and the bottle hanging mouth of the shifting wheels on both

sides to coincide. Part 1 is the capping cam, which is a constant part, and the position does not

need to be adjusted. Part 3 is the lifting handle of capping machine, which needs to be adjusted

c) adjustment method of magnetic force

The magnetic force of the sealing machine is determined by adjusting the direct distance between

the upper magnetic ring and the lower magnetic ring. If the magnetic force is too small, it is

necessary to loosen the adjusting bolt, then turn the lower magnetic seat counterclockwise to the

appropriate torque, and then tighten the adjusting bolt. Otherwise, the adjusting torque is smaller.

5. Equipment maintenance

 Routine maintenance

Precautions

When doing maintenance, overhaul and repair work, we should abide by the "filling plant safety

principle". The operation failure caused by improper maintenance will result in high repair cost

and long-term shutdown of the machine. So daily maintenance is very necessary.

Only by proper maintenance, can the machine have excellent performance in long-term

operation.

Maintenance and repair work can only be carried out when the machine and equipment are safe

and without electricity.

To ensure that all the necessary switches are not turned off by accident.

Operation according to the following precautions and maintenance work is a prerequisite for

normal and long-term operation of the machine.

When replacing spare parts, only use original parts. We definitely remind you that the parts and

accessories not supplied by us are not inspected and certified by us. The manufacturer is not

responsible for the loss caused by the use of non new star components and accessories.

Therefore, we strongly recommend the following maintenance plan for machine maintenance.

Cleaning

To ensure the production of qualified products, first of all, the sanitary conditions of the

equipment must meet the requirements. Therefore, it is very important to clean the inside and

outside of the equipment before and after production.

 Maintenance

1. Maintenance after daily operation:

(1) Empty the medium in the pipeline.

(2) If necessary, check the filling valve and exhaust pipe and readjust.

(3) Check whether the capping head is normal.

(4) At the end of the filling, spray the whole machine with water, remove all spoils, and dry the

parts or blow dry with compressed air. When cleaning, check the signs of wear and cracks of the

machine at the same time.

2. Weekly maintenance

(1) Maintain according to 1.


(2) Check the abrasion of the plastic parts of the bottle punching clamp.
(3) Check and maintain the transmission gear.
(4) Check the grease or oil level of the gear unit and top it up if necessary.
(5) Lubricate according to the lubrication table.

3. Monthly maintenance

(1) Maintain according to 1.

(2) Maintain as required in 2.

(3) Cleaning oil dirt

(4) Check the wear of cam and adjust it as appropriate.

(5) Check and maintain the moving parts of the equipment, adjust, repair or replace the defective

parts.

(6) Lubricate according to the lubrication table.

4. Maintenance every six months

In addition to the above routine maintenance, it is recommended that the equipment be slightly

repaired and the whole machine be adjusted, cleaned, refueled or replaced with corresponding

spare parts every six months or after each peak production season.

5. It is suggested that the user should carry out overhaul and maintenance once a year.

6. Precautions during maintenance:

(1) When cleaning, it is not suitable to put water into gears and bearings.

All seals and residual liquid on the paint surface shall be wiped clean.

(2) In the maintenance of parts, try not to damage the outer surface of parts, seals and non-

metallic parts.

(3) Where grease needs to be filled in advance, grease should be supplemented during

maintenance.

(4) The maintenance of accessories (such as motor and reducer) should be carried out according
to the instructions provided by the manufacturer. If necessary, the professional manufacturer can
assist in the maintenance.
 Lubrication
The lubrication system is the system that lubricates the operation mechanism of the filling
machine. This machine adopts dry oil lubrication, which acts on grease lubricated mechanisms
and systems (such as meshing gears, transmission bearings, sliding and rotating mechanisms,
etc.). Careful maintenance of the machine will get good operation effect.
Attention should be paid to in daily maintenance:

1. Different lubricants should be selected due to different climate and environment,


2. It is necessary to ensure that the lubricating system cannot be damaged or blocked due to the
chemical reaction caused by the mixture of lubricants,
3. The lubricant may be hot (for example, when the lubricant changes and the machine is still
hot). Beware of burns!
4. Lubricants are harmful to health (except physiological safety lubricants).
Therefore, avoid prolonged contact.
Wear protective gloves and apron when necessary.
After the operation and before eating, use water and moderate detergent or soap to thoroughly
clean the skin that has been in contact with lubricating oil and grease.
After cleaning, use a thick ointment to fill the loss of grease in the skin. Immediately change the
clothes full of grease and lubricating oil. There must be no oil cloth in the trouser pocket.
If possible, do not inhale oil mist or oil vapor.
5. When cleaning the lubricating points, only clean and hairless wipes, cleaners that are harmless
to health, non corrosive to materials and non polluting to the environment (such as thin soluble
cleaning oil) can be used, but cotton waste, diesel oil, gasoline or cleaners with similar effects
shall not be used.
6. The grease should be replaced when the machine is running and has a certain temperature
