This model of machine is working with the four servos. Two for belt drawing down, the other one is for horizontal
sealing and the last one is for horizontal sealing structure going up and down.

● Other detailed description of the machine
1) Four servo controlled
This model of machine is working with the four servos. Two are for film drawing down, the other one
is for horizontal sealing and the last one is for the horizontal sealing structure going up and down.
* This can make the packing speed up to 100-120 bags per min.
*The servo (servo motor and driver) is from the famous brand --- Siemens (Germany)
2) Film pulling by vacuum

The pump is from a Germany brand and the using life of the belts are much longer than the normal belts.
There isn’t the slip problem in the machine with the vacuum film pulling.
3) film roll replacement --- We are using the expanding air shaft for holding the film roller
It is adopted the air shaft instead of the normal mechanical shaft. It makes the time and way of film roll replacement
easier. It only needs a little compressed air for its charging. When you take out the used out film roll, you only need
to press the button in the end of the shaft and take out the empty film roll.

4) All the doors about the electricity are with the proximity sensors for safety
Once the door is opened, the machine will stop after finishing the last bag. Or we can make the machine stop
immediately once the door is opened. It all can be programmed, as what you like.
5) Language and parameters saving

big color touch screen and can save 8 groups of parameters for different packing specification.
We can input three languages into the touch screen for your operating. There are 11 langues used in our packing
machines before. You can choose three of them in your order. They are English, Turkish, Spanish, French, Romanian,
Polish, Finnish, Portuguese, Russian, Arabic,Korean, Czech and Chinese.
6) Alarm setting
There are many alarm setting in the machine, such as the door unclosed well, no film, no ribbon, temperature too low.
It will show on the touch screen and let you know as the machine can not run up until removing the alarms.
7) former replacement ----- Easy

Once we adjust the former well, you only need to take out the handles and don't need to adjust the former again. It is
very easy and convenient for changing it when you have a few sets of formers for different bag sizes. There is a
guide groove on the supporting base of the former. It’s easier for you to find out the exact position of the former in
the machine.
It is very easy for changing the bag length by the touch screen.
