EXCEL Shrink Bags

Excel shrink bags are produced from a high barrier 9-layer EVOH-based shrink bag material
for the ultimate shelf life protection of fresh meat, cheese and fish.
The 9-layer material is created by a triple-bubble extrusion process without the use of lamination, meaning our structured
layers are compounded on top of each other, not glued, creating a much more durable product. The EVOH (ethylene vinyl
alcohol) is a copolymer with a very low permeability to oxygen. The vacuum shrink mechanics helps create a 2nd skin around
the product keeping its juices in and microorganisms out, while keeping the products form intact.
The EXCEL Shrink bag range includes:

1. EXCELfresh 45: 45µ thickness with fine EVOH protection with high shrink rates, gloss, and transparency.
2. EXCELfresh 75: 75µ thickness for additional puncture resistance for meats with sharper edges and poultry with
round bones.
3. EXCELmax: 95µ thickness for maximum puncture resistance for sharp bone-in-meat applications without the
need for bone-guard.
4. EXCEL cheese: special compounded 9-layer formula created for the escape of gasses made by maturing cheeses.
Created in low-to-high gassing cheese formats.

Vertical Stick Sachet Machines

The Audion VSM range has been specially developed
VSM 03 LLP VSM 03 SV for the production of small sachets or sticks in high
quantities. The machine can be used for a variety of
free flowing food and nonfood products as well as
liquids. Stainless steel construction, dosing system,
and date coder come standard on this machine.
The movement of the horizontal and the vertical
seal bar comes from an inverter controlled motor.
Film transport is done by an encoder controlled
step motor. An air connection is only needed when
a pneumatic pump is used as dosing system. The

Impulse Hand sealers are an economical hand-operated
tabletop heat sealer designed for low volume packing.
Extremely low-maintenance, the maximum temperature
of this machine is set to ensure the PTFE cannot burn
