I. INTRODUCTION.

Fingers N' Treats — a business developed by Regino Honrado Jr., Shann Angel

Marcia, Ronel James Roxas, Timothy Manila, and Jonathan Acupan — held out two

weeks of selling street foods. The enterprise, without a doubt, achieved its primary goals

and objectives, i.e., satisfying the street food cravings of customers in Bato, Palauig,

Zambales for reasonable prices.

II. ACTIVITIES

Fingers N' Treats, through its implementation, faced several problems and

challenges, but before discussing those, light should be positioned on the business's most

notable achievements first. From an investment of ₱1,250, Fingers N' Treats made a profit

of roughly ₱4,000. The enterprise has undoubtedly reaped considerable gain from 1)

selling during the Philippine election (because the business stood in front of a school) and

2) a private order of 50 pieces of lumpia.

Now, we go on to the hardships. Time was seldom on the organization's side. Its

members, during selling days, had to wake up in the earliest parts of the day, for the

preparation required a significant amount of time. They had to go to the market to fetch

ingredients, ready the food, and cook them just in time before the first batch of customers

could arrive.

Sometimes, the number of customers was too great. Although having plenty of

customers is desirable, the group lacked prepared food in such situations.

III. ANALYSIS OF ACTIVITIES

Fingers N’ Treats food booth offered the best service in any food stalls in Bato,

Palauig, Zambales. The food booth really attracts many customers especially students,

teachers, tricycle drivers, and other people who pass by in our location. Since we offer

affordable offers, they always chose our products. During the first day of our business

implementation things became rough because it’s been difficult for us to prepare the foods

and equipment. Time management is truly needed to be practiced so that every task in

the business will be done properly and accordingly. Preparation of foods is not easy as

we think because we need to wake up early and go to the market to buy ingredients for

our food menu. Usually we bought three (3) days ingredients so that we will have plenty

time to prepare and no hassle in going back and forth to the market. Later on, is cooking,

we are assigned in different task, Regino will be preparing the lumpiang gulay, Shann will

be doing the dynamite, Ronel was up for doing the kwek-kwek, fishball and kikiam,

Jonathan was preparing the stall outside, and Timothy will be preparing the gulaman.

Every employee has their assigned task and responsibilities to ensure that time will never

be wasted, and it’ll be easy for the food booth to operate smoothly.

During the opening of our business, we didn’t have enough customers but still we

found a way to sell those remaining products by simply going to people house to house.

At the same time, we are advertising and promoting our food booth to open up with larger

customers. We assured that customers will be satisfied with our goods and services.

Luckily our Fingers N’ treats became known by most of the people in Bato, Palauig and

to further expand our number of customers we made a Facebook page and post important

information about our food booth. Because of this, delivery became possible but only
around in Bato, Palauig area, that’s why we really gained a lot of profit during the two

weeks of implementation. It’s been difficult for us to do the business implementation

during the three days of starting but then later we quickly coped up with the activities and

responsibilities we should do and realized that business is just not earning money but

knowing your priorities and responsibilities as well as the drawbacks and risks of opening

a business. Opening a business is indeed tiring and exhausting but it also enhanced our

skills and capabilities especially communication and hospitality. Talking to customers was

fun and thrilling because you will encounter different attitudes and behaviors that you’ll

learn to adapt and become more patient and understanding. We must keep in mind that

customers are always right so always give them a best service experience that they will

remember forever.

After a week of implementing our business, we deal with different challenges and

problems. First is time management, to be honest we are always late in opening our food

booth and it’s because we are lacking time to prepare our products. Another problem is

the weather since we started implementing on rainy day periods, we sometimes moved

the opening hours of our booth. Most of the time we still have customers on late afternoon,

but we already don’t have enough food prepared. Since we’ve known the problems, we

started thinking of ways and solutions that might benefit our business. First was by making

a timetable. The table strictly showed the organization of our different task and

responsibilities as well as the exact time and date. This is strictly followed by every

employee to ensure a good outcome. With the help of the timetable we became more

cautious and be able to do the task accordingly. Weather problems was unpredictable so

we decided not to open our booth during rainy days but with the use of our Facebook
page people will just send a message and we will deliver the food to their houses. As for

preparing the food we always make sure to reserve plenty of food so that every customer

would always have their chance to taste our street foods.

As for the customers satisfaction when it comes to our food, services, environment,

and pricing policy they have agreed that our food booth is really giving them a satisfying

feeling and experience when it comes to street food.

Fingers N’ Treats earned a total of P 4, 233.00 and this profit was only for two (2)

weeks starting from May 2, 2022, at 8:00 am to May 15,2022 at exactly 6pm. The reason

why we earned such great profit because of the National and Local Election Day. This

day gave us more experience because we served tons of people. We really planned that

day and grabbed the opportunity to have more customers to earn more profit. Frankly, we

did a great earnings that day with exactly P 764.00. Another reason for the abrupt

increase in our business profit it’s because some loyal customers ordered a pack of 50

pieces of lumpiang gulay for a birthday party and it costs P 300.00.

Based from our observations customers really loved our lumpiang gulay because

of its fresh and good quality ingredients as well as our home-made condiments that really

suits the taste of our customers.

Based from the chart below it shows the sales projection during the two weeks’

implementation. The chart showed that during the first day of selling Fingers N’ Treats

earned only P 458.00. Followed by the next day with an increase of P5.00 only. Suddenly

there’s been an abrupt decreased in sales during Wednesday and Friday and began to

increase again in Thursday.

In week two (2) the sales began to increase especially in Monday during the

Election day and suddenly decreased again by Tuesday. Fingers N’ Treats was earning

more money during Wednesday to Thursday and began to decrease again on the last the

day of our implementation.

To compare week one (1) from week (2), based on the chart week two (2) has

more sales compared to week (1). The reason for that is because during the opening of

our booth there were few customers and they haven’t experienced our service but after a

few days of selling street foods, Fingers N’ Treats was known by many people around our

area. Tricycle drivers, students, teachers, and parents became our loyal customers.

To sum up everything our implementation of business for only two weeks

successfully achieved its goals and objectives to satisfy customers cravings in street

foods.
