Roll-out of Retail Assets products in Loan Lifecycle Management System


(LLMS) Software

Loan Lifecylce Management System (LLMS) is a fully automated software system for
processing of loan proposals. It provides end-to-end online module for data capturing,
processing, sanctioning, CBS interfacing and documentation activities.

The software at present has the capability to manage and automate the different stages
of loan till the stage of disbursement and it is rolled-out with a motive to improve the
efficiency, decision making and TAT, thereby enhancing customer experience.

The following are the significant features of LLMS:


1. Incorporation of Scheme Guidelines and Policies of the Bank
2. Proposal management
3. Validation of the data captured
4. Due-diligence using APIs
5. Credit Assessment
6. Internal Rating
7. Collateral Management
8. Document Management System
9. Generation of In-principle Sanction Letter, Process Note, Sanction Ticket and Pre-
filled legal documents
10. CBS Interface – Social Attributes, Loan account opening, CCOD Account opening,
CISLA, CISLA Additional Details, Generation of Repayment Schedule, Generation
of Disbursement Schedule, Loan Input Validation, Loan Acceptance, CCOD
Approval and Collateral Creation

As the above mentioned CBS workflows are executed through LLMS software, branches
will have to access CBS only for Collateral Authorization and Loan Disbursement using
the Loan account number that is generated in LLMS software.

The following schemes under Retail Assets are made operational in LLMS software with
complete CBS Integration and end-to-end processing.
1. Jewel Loan (NP)
2. IB Pension Loan
3. IB Clean Loan to Salaried Class

Branches are hereby advised to route all proposals falling under the aforementioned
schemes through LLMS henceforth. Field level functionaries may access the software
using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge with the following URL and users may login with
their AD credentials

Google Chrome software can be downloaded from “Helpdesk > Menu > Bank > Intranet
> Downloads > Google Chrome Offline package for CAPC Software”.

The workflow for processing the loan proposals is ported in “Helpdesk > Retail
Dashboard”.
