    1. In conjunction to DepEd Memorandum No. 71 s. 2021 or the “Preparations for the Pilot Face-To-Face Expansion
    and transitioning to New Normal”, Kasiglahan Village Elementary School in its commitment to ensure
    learning continuity and to protect the safety, health and well-being of learners and teachers amidst
    the COVID-19 Pandemic, is hereby announcing its Stakeholders’ Orientation on the Pilot
    Implementation of Limited face to Face Classes for SY 2022-2023.
    2. The conference will be held on the following.

    D. AGENDA

    1. Kinder Teachers started the session with a prayer.


    2. Mr. SONNY V. MATIAS, MT-II started the session with a motivation. “Face to Face Classes na ang IN
    pero okey na ba sayo na pumasok kahit na tila ba sinisipat ka pa ng takot?”
    3. He posted the following agenda of the meeting:
    A. Schedule of Face-To-Face Classes.
    B. Priority List
    C. Contingency Plan (for emergency cases)
    D. Parental Consent and Waiver Form
    4. He emphasized the need to implement the limited F2F classes. He further seeks the collaboration of all
    grade leaders and teachers for the success of the implementation of the F2F classes.
    5. Mr. Matias also stated that working hand-in-hand is important to prepare the school facilities for F2f
    classes.
    6. After a thorough discussion, an open forum was initiated by the program host to clear issues and concerns
    regarding the implementation of the F2f classes.

    E. ADJOURNMENT

    1. Synthesis of the meeting was undertaken by Ms. Rona Remandaban, Grade two grade leader.
    2. The session was ended with a prayer by Lani B. King. The members or attendees of the meeting came to
    an agreement and there, being no further agenda to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 12:00 in the
    afternoon.
