1. The present Writ Petition civil in the nature of Public Interest Litigation
is filed under Article 32 of the Constitution of India by the Petitioner to
enforce the fundamental rights, particularly the Right to Livelihood and
Right to Dignity which is enshrined under Article 21 by increasing the
Moratorium period for at least three months so as to heal the financial
situation of the legal professionals as the courts are also not functioning well
due to this present pandemic therefore there is no source of income for such
professionals.
