    MODEL CP4900

    OPERATION MANUAL
    Warning
    Accidents might happen if not obey the following instructions

    1. Check the surrounding for any incident causes such as flame,

    water, oil, combustibles, etc.

    2. Please don’t use the machine whine under explosive or water

    dropping environment.

    3. Read this manual first, before operation.

    4. Do not operate outside the set voltage range.

    5. Check the grounding for connection.

    6. Cut the power supply (and air)before any maintenance ,part

    changing, adjustment and cleaning.

    7. Do not operate while the lid and/or housing is demounted.

    8. Do not touch any moving parts such as knife, needle, belt& wheel

    while operating.

    9. Put the machine on a flat surface while maintaining, part

    changing, adjusting or cleaning.

    10. Check the sewing material; see if it complies with the

    specification.

    11. Please do not use parts other than manufactured by newlong

    IND.CO.LTD

    1. General

    This equipment is a device to fold the bag mouth in two folds and

    sew it up with a sewing machine.

    2. Structure

    3. Adjustment of various parts

    (1) Belt speed

    Adjust the speed with the open and close of the motor’s variable

    speed puller. Tighten the puller will increase the speed while vise

    versa. Adjust the speed to comply with the bearing bag

    transmission speed. If not, then it’s likely to cause bag-toppling.

    (2) Belt tightening

    Move the entrance side belt through the long hole towards the

    arrow’s direction.

    Loosen the upper & lower bolts fastening the belt pulley.

    Be aware that without tightening, the belt is very likely to loosen.

    Pack sealer

    The adjustment varies with the bag’s thickness and the hardness

    of the loaded material. To enable the bags to pass successfully,

    please adjust the interval spacing. Align the bag mouth on top of

    the pack sealer and send it over horizontally, the fold will be

    approximately 50mm.

    4. Maintenance

    (1) Sewing machine

    While calibrating and threading, loosen the hand grip behind the

    main body. Turn it to the arrow’s direction to adjust it.

    (2) Change the reducer’s lube oil

    Since the reducer is sealed, there’s no need to change the lube oil.
