    Please carefully read the GUIDELINES:

    1. Only approved participants will be provided access to the Online Webinar.


    a. Make sure to download the ZOOM application on your mobile, laptop, desktop computer
    or other gadgets. Use your Zoom verified personal account during the webinar session.
    b. Log in during the specified registration time stated in the program. Registration is required
    before start of the event. Late participants will no longer be accommodated after the
    opening ceremonies.
    c. Participants are NOT allowed to share the Zoom meeting invitation link to anyone not
    registered in the webinar.

    2. Use the following materials during the webinar-workshop activity:


    Laptop or Desktop with Stable Internet Connection
    Copy of 2021 NEQAS-CC Program (Cycle 20) Monthly & End-of-Cycle Report (Digital or Printed)
    Pen and Paper

    3. Powerpoint Presentations and Webinar Recordings will NOT be provided to participants.


    a. Make sure to have a secure internet connection all throughout the webinar proper.
    b. Recording of the webinar-workshop session will NOT be allowed in compliance to data
    privacy regulations.
    4. Criteria to receive the CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE:
    a. Full participation and attendance to the webinar (accomplished morning and afternoon
    attendance sheet)
    i. The webinar will be a whole-day activity per batch.
    ii. Log-in details will be monitored by our team throughout the session. In case of
    disconnection due to poor/unstable internet connection, participant shall re-log
    in fifteen (15) minutes after disconnection.
    b. Submission of Workshop Session Output (in powerpoint or PDF format)
    c. Passed Score (60%) on the Pre- and Post-Examinations and Submission of Post-
    Webinar Evaluation form (links will be provided during the program)

    NOTE:
    1. The criteria to receive the Certificate of Attendance will be strictly implemented.
    2. Failure to fulfill at least one of the criteria will automatically forfeit the provision of the Certificate.
    2. Please use your personal Zoom account as this will be the basis of the Certificate recipient.
    3. Certificate of Attendance will be issued within 10-15 working days after the webinar event to
    eligible participants. Do not follow up the status unless past the allotted working days.
    4. Zoom meeting link is included on the second page of this guideline. Access the link during your
    webinar schedule. Changing of schedule and sharing of link to non-participants is strictly prohibited.
