    ln accordance to the instructions contained in the above references , Circles are


    expected to ensure that OTF commission paid so far to TlPs is entered in to ERP while
    processing the next lnvoice.
    Circles to complete the reconciliation as per the roles and responsibilities enclosed
    (Annexure-l) with this order.
    The ERp posting instructions p;"ovided vide SD-32 can be used for paying 25%
    amount to Ttps out of the available outstanding bills (as per reference 3) . As the partial
    lnvoice can not be paid in ERP, one out of the four pending lnvoices may be processed fully
    and credited to the account of TlP. An intimation to Central Settlement cell regarding
    payment of particular lnvoices may be communicated with a request, not to make payment
    against these invoices.
    The ERp posting instructions can be used for processing current month lnvoices
    where OTF commission has been given. Necessary care may be taken to ensure OTF
    commission amount is properly verified before processing current lnvoice. The

    processing, ERP will automatically credit balance amount payable in to the wallet of the TIP'

    The Tlps who are not using the Bharat Fibre wallet, their lnvoices may be
    as per the existing Procedure.
