    JOINT MANIFESTATION
    Pursuant to the 2020 Guidelines for the Conduct of Court-Annexed Mediation (CAM) and
    Judicial Dispute Resolution (JDR) in Civil Cases, the parties hereby manifest that:

    1. They have mutually and voluntarily agreed for the Judge of this Court to conduct
    JDR and not refer the case to another Judge for such purpose;

    2. They respectfully request the Court to proceed with the conduct of JDR despite any
    confidential information that may be divulged during the proceedings;

    3. They understand that should JDR fail, the Judge shall continue with the trial of the
    case and proceed to render judgment; and

    4. That by virtue of this manifestation, they shall be barred from seeking the inhibition
    of the Judge for whatever reason.

    WHEREFORE, premises considered, the parties respectfully pray for the court to schedule
    the above-entitled case for JDR.

    Other reliefs just and equitable under the premises are likewise prayed for.
