LEARNING (JEL)
PLAN
Prepared by;
ANTONINO S. PALAGANAS
Head Teacher I
Republic Act No. 9155 states that students will be expected to apply knowledge and skills to real-
life problems and to demonstrate "habits of mind" that support lifelong learning. They may be doing
more projects and more writing.
As one of the fundamental ability, reading enables learners to master other subjects. There is no
subject area in which learners are not required to read. Even in mathematics, reading comprehension
is required for students to answer problems. As a result, reading is an important aspect of a student's
education.
Their learning kits will include reading selections with accompanying comprehension questions.
The teacher will conduct phone calls during the learners' class time so that they can virtually read
aloud and any errors can be noticed. During the retrieval day, students are supposed to submit their
answers to comprehension questions. The second alternative is to read through Google Meet. The
choices will be displayed on a screen, and learners who are able to participate will read them one at a
time as the teacher corrects any inaccuracies. Learners will answer the questions posted in the G-
classroom at the end of the session. Another alternative is to visit the learners in their homes or in
their barangays while following health precautions during this pandemic. This is to enable to reach
out to those readers who are unable to access virtual processes due to a lack of devices or internet
access.
