It is submitted that, in the reference 1 st cited, Smt P. Shobha Kasthuri, W/o Late P.
Jayagopal, Forest Range Officer (Retired) Vempalli Range of Kadapa Division has submitted
representation along with medical bills to this office for claiming the bills and stated that, Sri
P. Jayagopal, Forest Range Officer (Retired) has admitted hospital at SVIMS, Tirupati on
30.04.2022 due to ill health. But unfortunately he expired on 04.05.2022.
In this connection, the medical expenses for Rs.67,449/- ( Rupees sixty seven
thousand four hundred and ninety nine only) was incurred by her and obtained admissibility
from SVIMS, Tirupati on 02.07.2022 vide reference 1st cited.
Further, it is submitted that the Government hereby permit all the retired Govt.
employees and their dependents to avail the option of drawing medical reimbursement
amount in district office of the department retired employee has settled after his retirement.
The expenditure on medical reimbursement of retired Govt. employees and their
dependants shall, however, be debited to the same head of Account to which his salary was
being debited while he was in service as per Govt. order 1st cited.
Accordingly, Smt P. Shobha Kasthuru, W/o Late P. Jayagopal, Forest Range Officer
(Retired) who residing in House No. 23-1-102/13 C, Muthyalareddy Palle, Tirupati has
submitted representation along with medical bills for claiming the reimbursement amount.
Hence, if the Divisional Forest Officer, Wildlife Management Division, Tirupati agrees,
the bills may be submitted to the Prl. Chief Conservator of Forests,A.P. Guntur for sanction
orders.
