    Agenda: Orientation in the Implementation of Homeroom Guidance for SY 2020-2021

    Platform Used: Via Google Meet

    The meeting started at 3:00 o’ clock in the afternoon via Google Meet with the parents
    together with the learners of Grade Five – Viber.
    The agenda of the meeting was about the orientation in the implementation of Homeroom
    Guidance for SY 2020-2021in accordance with DepEd Memorandum 155 series of 2020,
    “Policy Guidelines in the Implementation of Homeroom Guidance during Crisis for SY 2020-2021.
    Mrs. Nimpa A. Yuzon, their class adviser, discussed the importance of Homeroom Guidance.
    She emphasized that it shall not be viewed as a formal learning area like Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao
    (ESP) but shall be treated as a program that will help their children to develop to develop the different
    competencies needed in academic development, personal and social development and career
    development.
    She also informed the parents/guardian that the modules will be used on October 12, 2020, and
    will keep on monitoring the learning facilitation among the learners through their help and assistance at
    home.
    The meeting ended at 4:30 and was really a great and fruitful day because everybody was eye and
    ear focused although some of the attendees experienced poor internet connection.
