    1. What: Less Serious Physical Injury In Relation to RA 7610

    2. Where: Luneta Park, Ermita, Manila

    4. Who: (Victim): Alyas Totoy, 8 years old, student , a resident of Paco ,


    Manila

    (Suspect): Tony Isog Manumbagay, 30 years old, Married, self


    employed , a resident of Tondo, Manila

    5. Why: Misunderstanding

    6. How: at about 8:00 PM of December 15, 2018, Patrol car with body number
    766 arrived to this station together with , a certain Tony Isog Manumbagay, 30
    years old, Married, self employed , a resident of Tondo, Manila, was brought into
    this station for allegedly assaulting a certain, Alyas totoy, 8 years old, student , a
    resident of Paco , Manila at about 8:00 pm in Luneta Park. Tony Manumbagay (the
    suspect) was watching the concert at Luneta Park when he saw the victim (Totoy)
    his son Tonito while standing in his chair causing Tonito to fall on the ground. The
    suspect (Tony Manumbagay) got angry and immediately struck the in the head
    causing the victim to fall and accidently hit his head in the chair that sustained
    laceration on the latter’s head . The suspect further attack and try to strangle the
    victim but the aunt of the victim prevented the suspect from doing so. The suspect
    was arrested by the security and turned over to the police in the area for proper
    disposition and victim was immediately brought to the hospital for medical treatment
    and examination.
    7. Disposition: The arrested suspect was brought to this office for proper
    disposition while the criminal complaint is being prepared against the suspect under
    inquest proceeding.
