EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Bread is a huge source of nutrition and contains good amount of carbohydrates and fiber.
Importance of Breads comes from the fact that it is huge source of carbohydrates and we can
use this as a substitute breakfast for rice. Not only we can eat this during breakfast, but
anytime.

Butter ‘n Bread is a start-up business located in Santa Ignacia. Bakery will be socializing in
visually attractive breads. The bakery expects to catch the interest of a regular loyal costumer
with its variety of bread products. The bakery offers freshly prepared bread for everyone. If
they can't go to the Bakeshop, no worry, because the bakery owner will hire a salesman's that
will go around the street

Bread is the most popular food in the world. Bread occupies an important place in heart of
every Filipinos. And it becomes the symbol of the supreme gift from God to humankind. So, the
Bread and Butter wants to serve you a bread, made with love.

Vision:
 We can see a satisfied smile on the faces of the Filipinos who can task our breads.

 Through our bakeshop, we can see that our customers will be able to enjoy our breads
because of the bright smile seen on their faces.

Mission:
 Serve freshly prepared baked breads for everyone. And aims to offer a delicious bread
with an affordable prize for the buyer.

 Through our bakeshop we can offer a bread that will be affordable to everyone. So,
everyone can taste our delicious product. And also, we know that not all Filipinos has
the same status, so our bakeshop will consider the status of everyone.

Values:
 We value every people in our community. We want to serve them with all our heart
and show our skills and passion in baking to them, we will give the customer a friendly
price with a high-quality product.

 We will work with all our hearts and showcase our talents in baking. We will make
breads that will surely satisfy the buyers.

The Needs

1. In Demand of Filipinos Breakfast


Some of them can't afford a breakfast that has a full meal. Tasty bread that is hot and freshly
baked will be enough for them, most specially for the farmers and Filipinos who are living an
ordinary life.

2. Proudly Homemade Breads.


Our bread will be a home made by the bakers.

3. Bicycles Selling in the Street.


The bakery owner will hire a salesman that will go around the street. So, people who can't go
to our shop will also be able to taste our product.

Target Market
The Product are able to sold to:

Students- who can't eat on their home because they are ran out of time for going school.

Workers- who work in Santa Ignacia. Most of them are drinking coffee so it's good to pair with
bread.

People in the community- who only wants to eat bread for their breakfast.

Because they offer bread products packed in plastic. Like Pandesal and other type of
breads.

Sari - sari store

Because they offer breads or biscuits which are not rotten. And they offer common
biscuits.

Selling in Bike

Because they can roam around to sell and they offer hot pandesal.

Because they sell many and different kinds of bread.

Product
Bakery offers a bread as a product. The bakery provides freshly prepared bake at all
times during business operations. Some type of breads will be available.

We will use the social media to advertise our products because almost all of the people
are using it. We will also use a tarpaulin and we'll put it beside our store.

To be able to get the attention of the potential customers, we can use the

Promotions.
We will promote our product through the use of social media.

Special Coupons.
This is to attract customer. Like if they buy 50 pcs. Of our product we will give them a
chance to choose any of our product and we'll give them 3 pcs for free.

Socialization
We will socialize with our customers. Because if we will treat them nice, they will have a
good impression to our shop.

Special Prices.
This is to attract customer to buy a specific Bread.

Responsible for the overall of the business. He will be the one who check the current
situation of business.

Operational Head

During production and selling, she will be the one to check if everything is okay. Making
sure the business runs smoothly.

Sales Head

In charge of sales related duties. The one who will check if they are making profit or
not.

FINANCIAL PLAN

Capitalization

Bread and Butter Bakeshop, the initial capital is 120,000. There will be 3 members.
Each of the members shall share Php 40,000.

The table below shows our projected expenses per month during the initial year of our
operation based on our product.

In this part, the social Impact of our chosen business is shown by answering the

According to our vision “We can see a satisfied smile on the faces of the Filipinos who
can taste our breads", the desired outcome of our business are the customers of our bakeshop
which are the students, farmers, teachers and people of the community will satisfy to our
products. We will work hard to make delicious breads so that our customers would be fulfilled
with our products. And they will not hesitate to buy because we offered them Breads with an
affordable price. They will enjoy every piece of our bread. And our bakery will come to be
known as a gathering place with spectacular breads at an affordable price.

2. What are the business activities and its corresponding social Impact? Write it in

If we will have a high income, we can make our business grow and we will be able to

we will get it to the people of the community. In that case, we will also be able to help people
in our community.
