LECTURE 1
INTRODUCTION

Success is a universal desire. Everyone yearns for success in one form or the other. We
all have equal opportunities to succeed or fail in life. Life is an opportunity; you need to
make the most of it.

Your birth is not accidental. You are all God's calculated creatures; you didn't just
happen. Neither are you a biological accident. God knows you by name. {John 10:14}

 You are created a success in the image of God. {Gen. 1:27-28}

 You are born a star. {Num. 24:17; Rev. 22:16; John20:21}
 You are saved to be a star. {2Cor. 5:17; 1Pet. 2:9}

REPENT BACK TO THE TOP

You can therefore break the spectacles of failure around you. You can still be
successful. Your case is not closed yet! It is God's divine will for you to be successful
in life.
{1b} WHAT IS SUCCESS?

INTRODUCTION
Success is commanding good results in succession. Good results will culminate in good
accomplishments. A success today may become failure tomorrow if not improved
upon. Success is not a station but a journey. It has to do with achievement of goals, i.e.
satisfactory progress.
Zig Ziglar said, just any fool can be a success, if he cares to know what it takes.
To succeed, it is compulsory to :-
1. Know where you are going
2. Know what it takes
3. Be willing to give it all it takes
Success is not about discipline, professions, careers; it is about life.
Success is a multi-component product, made up of many systems. A system is a body of
interrelated units.
Matt. 5:13-15 - New birth is meant to be a plus and not a minus in life. You don't have
to be born again to be a success, but you definitely have an advantage by new birth.
New birth is your ticket to being highly favoured; it is the peak of fortune. It is your
surety for the future (Jer. 29:11; Prov. 4:18). It establishes your place in predestination.
It is an election of grace that guarantees greatness. You are a product of choice and you
must produce choice results.

5
1c FOUNDATION FOR SUCCESS
True and lasting success is rooted in God. {I Sam.2:8}. He gives you success and the
grace to enjoy it as well. True success guarantees all-round success and security.
{Job1:10}
Joshua1:8
" This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate
therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is
written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt
have good success."
God is also ready to teach us how to succeed {Is.48:17; Psalm 32:8}
The foundation for success is God but the compass that points` you to success is the
Word. You need an opening of your eyes to the secrets of God contained in His Word.
Job became successful by the secrets of God he had access to. {Job 29:4}
ACCESS TO DIVINE SECRETS
1. REDEMPTION
Your access to divine revelation is Redemption. {Mk. 4:11-12;
Jn.10:3-4; ICor.2:14.}
2. CONSECRATION {Prov.1:23}
Your level of consecration largely determines the depth of what you receive from
God.
3. HOLY SPIRIT {John16:12-14; ICor.2:9-11}
The depth of God can only be accessed by the Spirit of God as He alone knows
the mind of God.
4. LOVE {ICor.2:9; IJohn4:7-8}
The secret that will make you successful will be delivered to you on the ticket of
love.
5. MEEKNESS {Psalm 25:9}
The meek has automatic access to God's secrets of success.
6. MEDITATION {Joshua 1:8}
Meditation means to think seriously and for a long time on something.
SOLOMON'S SECRET SYSTEM
Solomon portrayed a step by step system to achieve the success he recorded especially
in the building of a house for God.
{A} PURPOSE
I Kings 5:5
" And, behold, I purpose to build an house unto the name of the LORD my God,
as the LORD spake unto David my father, saying, Thy son, whom I will set upon
thy throne in thy room, he shall build an house unto my name. "

{B} DETERMINATION
II Chron.2:1
" And Solomon determined to build an house for the name of the LORD, and an
house for his kingdom. "
6
{C} PREPARATION
II Chron.2:2
" And Solomon told out threescore and ten thousand men to bear burdens, and
fourscore thousand to hew in the mountain, and three thousand and six hundred
to oversee them. "
{D} OPERATION
II Chron.3:1
" Then Solomon began to build the house of the LORD at Jerusalem in mount
Moriah,… "
{E} CONTINUATION
I Kings 6:37-38
" In the fourth year was the foundation of the house of the LORD laid, in the
month Zif:
And in the eleventh year, in the month Bul, which is the eighth month, was the
house finished throughout all the parts thereof, and according to all the fashion
of it. So was he seven years in building it. "
{F} COMPLETION
IIChron.7:11
" Thus Solomon finished the house of the LORD, and the king's house: and all
that came into Solomon's heart to make in the house of the LORD, and in his own
house, he prosperously effected. "
{G} PERFECTION
IIChron.8:16
" Now all the work of Solomon was prepared unto the day of the foundation of
the house of the LORD, and until it was finished. So the house of the LORD was
perfected."
The seven steps taken by Solomon to succeed in building a house for God is called a
SYSTEM.
Success in life is thus a complex multi-component product made up of several systems.
A detailed understanding of these systems makes you an expert.

SUCCESS PILLARS
Success Pinnacle

Information

Character
Direction
Purpose
Assignment
Diligence
Pursuit
Commitment

There are 4 Pillars that sustain the systems that make up Success viz
1. PURPOSE
2. INFORMATION
3. CHARACTER
4. DILIGENCE

PILLAR 1 PURPOSE
1a. PURPOSE OR ASSIGNMENT
Living without an assignment is living in asylum. Living without a goal is living
like a goat. It is your work that enhances your worth. Every accomplishment
begins with an identified assignment. By discovery of purpose and dint of
hardwork, any jack can be a success. God has a plan for you, and must be
discovered by you (Jer. 1:5; 29:11-13; Gal. 1:15; Prov. 29:18). Life without a
purpose is destiny imprisoned. Purpose discovered is half the journey on the
mountain of success.

HOW TO DISCOVER PURPOSE

1. Get at God, He has it (Hab. 2:1). This is your delivery channel.

2. What is your make-up, your giftings, talents or natural endownments?

 Luke 19:13; Rom. 11:29 - the giftings and callings are of equal value. When
you are not certain about your calling, look out for your giftings. What backs
callings is grace. Don't miss your place, you don't know how many will suffer
for it. This is your discovery channel.

3. Choice channel (Deut. 30:19). God respects your choice, don't be afraid to
make one. However, you don't have the right of choice on your calling;
you are only required to obey (1 Cor. 7:20; Josh. 1:7)

8
1b PURPOSE SYSTEM
1. Purpose - Knowing where you are going
2. Planning - Designing your way forward
3. Programming - Timing your actions
4. Pursuit - Giving it all it takes
5. Perseverance - Sticking to it till you get it
6. Praising - Thanking Him for every stage of result
7. Possessing - Ensure you get it and keep it

1c THE VIRTUES OF PURPOSE

1. CHOICE
Man is essentially a creature of choice and that nature is not withdrawn at New
Birth (Deut. 30:19). God does not take all your responsibilities, but only shares
them with you to help you realise your vision. Take advantage of God's
involvement to seek His approval on your vision.
2. DESIRE
 Proverbs 18:1; Psalm 37:4
What you don't desire you don't deserve. Desire is a craving of the heart. With
your healthy spirit in tune with the Holy Spirit, you can always catch the signals
of God's leading in any matter.
3. EXPECTATION
 Proverbs 23:18; Jeremiah 29:11
God is committed to your expectation. We need to re-orientate our lives to
become positive in our expectations. What you don't expect, you can't
experience. Expect to end up at the top and no devil can stop you. The most
high is on your inside, so you can accommodate any height of expectation. Don't
let anybody puncture your expectation.
4. IMAGINATION
This is the art of mental image formation (Gen. 11:6; 13:14-15; 2 Cor. 10:3-5)
Every destruction of the devil begins with negative imaginations. Discipline
every negative thought with the Word (Prov. 4:23). Guard your mind against
negative imaginations. Your mental picture is what determines your actual
picture.
5. DETERMINATION (Isa. 50:7; Jn. 9:4)
6. CONCENTRATION (Matt. 6:22)

PILLAR 2 INFORMATION
Rom 12:2
"And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your
mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God."
Expect a transformation by the information you receive.

9
At the roots of every transformation in life is information. Information brings
transformation. To be uninformed is to be deformed. Every result in every field of
human endeavour is tied to the level of information you possess. We are in an
information age.
"Make your brain work it will sweat. Make it work, it will improve until you become a
wonder to your generation" - E. W. Kenyon.
No one reigns without a brain. It is the use of the brain that determines the gains of
man. Height in life is a function of the insight of man. Every star is essentially sense-
made. It is the use of the senses that commands success. Success is therefore a product
of sense. Sense is available to all. {Eccl.5:9; Prov.13:23; Ps104:24; Prov.12:11}
The value you have for information determines your position. Every movement
forward is the result of information. Your quest for information should be like your
breathing. Your results will always command respect.
The church has dwelt so much on inspiration that she has no value for information.
Inspiration without information will bring frustration. Information brings freedom (Jn.
8:32). * Prov. 24:3, 4 - Wonderful profiting is the result of quality information. You
can't do without information if distinction is your destination.
Every genuine vision rides on wheels of information. Knowing the facts will keep you
on fire. You need facts to grow fat. Exploits are rooted in quality information (Dan.
11:32). The fatness of any venture is determined by facts.
Fact is not an enemy of faith. There is no substitute for facts in the race of life. India is
the poorest nation on the earth because they live on myths and not facts. Every
discovery of truth guarantees automatic recovery (Prov. 24:13,14).
The principal tool for distinction is information. Information (spiritual or secular) is the
hub of every outstanding accomplishment. When any vision is starved of information,
it begins to suffer disintegration, leading to stagnation, frustration and eventual
destruction. Knowledge is power.
Give it all it takes for you cannot do without it.
Faith commits God, but information commits faith. God cannot be committed until a
man is informed. Facts strengthen and protects (Preserves) faith. Facts make high
flyers (Isa. 60:1-3). When you have the facts you have the command. Your destiny is
in your hand.
There is no success without a story and every success is a product of another story.
Information can be regarded as the power base of success (Josh. 1:8). Every success
begins with an idea. The more informed you are the more results you command. There
is no substitute for information in the school of success. Prayer, fasting, anointing are
no substitutes.
The backbone of every success story is information (Job 29:3-4). It is one thing to be
educated, it is another thing to be informed; and this requires personal discipline and
commitment. The world is now in her information age and the church cannot afford to
be left out (Rom. 12:12).

10
Daniel stood out among his peers because he was a man of books (Dan. 9:2). If you are
called into ministry, settle down with books to study the secrets of those who have
succeeded in your area of calling. Your taste for information will determine your
height of success (Prov. 4:20-22). Your transformation is a function of the information
that gets into your mind. Let reading become your way of life.
Every man who has value for information will naturally gain motion in life. Keep a
functional library and not a decorative library.
INFORMATION SYSTEMS
1. Direction
2. Consultation
3. Meditation
4. Inspiration
5. Conviction
6. Communication
7. Decision
1. DIRECTION
This is the beginning of your drive for information. What am I looking for?
Look out only for those books that will address your desire.
2. CONSULTATION
This is consulting with materials written by authorities in your area of calling.
These authorities are all around you, open your eyes to locate and respect them
and their materials. There is nothing new under the sun. Others have reached
where they are going, Look out for their books, video, tapes, the internet, etc.
Recognise authorities and go after them with zest.
3. MEDITATION
Synthesizing the facts to know the steps you ought to take.
4. INSPIRATION
This helps you to locate your steps forward. It is tapping into the help of the
Spirit.
5. CONVICTION
Persuasion about the validity of the facts.
6. COMMUNICATION
Speaking out the facts to further reinforce your conviction. Every
uncommunicated dream ends up in doom.
7. DECISION
It is not enough to communicate it. You must know and make up your mind on
what to do. Action taken is the conclusion of the matter.
INFORMATION BOOSTER SYSTEM
 Psalm 25:12,14
1. The fear of the Lord ( Job 1:1; Dan. 1:8)
2. Affection for God (John 15:14, 1 Kings 3: ; Gen. 18)
When you are in love with the Father, you have cheap access to His secrets.
3. Focus (Prov. 4:20-23; 2 Cor. 3:18)
Looking at issues from the light of the scriptures
11
PILLAR 3 CHARACTER
 Joshua 1:1-7
God kept on telling Joshua to "Be strong and of a good courage." There is what to
"be" before you can become. It is your nature that guarantees your future. Most
failures are not necessarily lacking in abilities, but are character failures. Your habit
determines your habitat. It is your state that determines your ultimate status.

It is more important to know what you must be to be a success, than to know what
you must do to become a success.

Character is at the root of every great success. Jesus ministry of 3½ years is still
affecting the world today, because he was a man of good character (Phil. 2:5-11;
Acts 10:32). Not so much is said about His abilities, but His character. So, God
promoted Him because of His character (Ps. 75:6-7; 45:3-7; Matt. 25: ; 11:28-29;
5:5; Rev. 3:14; Heb. 3:1-4; Lk. 22:27; Jn. 11:35; 8:46).

If you walk in his steps you will arrive at his status (Jn. 14:12). It is the heart of a
servant that makes a great leader. A servant's heart makes a king, a master's heart
makes a servant. Don't scheme to be great, only do what it takes to be great.
Enlarge your service coast and maintain a servant's heart and you will make your
way to the top.
* Luke 22:24-27 - Men will not serve you until you first serve men.
You have to consciously cultivate a positive habit to inhabit the great habitat meant
for you in life.

The seven (7) success habit systems to be considered here are:-

1. Confidence
2. Courage
3. Faithfulness
4. Meekness
* Righteousness
* Discipline
* Integrity
1. CONFIDENCE
 Hebrews 10:35-36; James 1:6-7
Confidence commands great rewards. When confidence is lacking future is doubtful
(Gen. 49:3). It takes inner strength and stability to command enviable results and
excel in the race of life.
Judges 5:15-16 - Until you are determined to leave the shore, you will not discover new
islands. It is a risk not to take risk, and it takes confidence to take risks. Risk takers
always end up as superstars.

Without confidence, you don't have a prayer access to God (Phil. 4:6-7). Confidence is
a habit you must cultivate, it is not a gift. A confident leader always commands a great
company of followers (Eph. 6:10). Confidence is the cure for fear. Not confidence in
12
self, but confidence in God (Phil. 3:3; 4:13; Rom. 8: ) Confidence in God never makes
ashamed.
2. COURAGE * Micah 7:8
An attitude of never giving up. "It is not over until it is over" - Ashimolowo.
Courage is the conqueror's backbone. Continuity is its motto, the end is its focus.
Courage will always pave its way to success. Winners never quit and quitters never
win.
There is no challenge-free path in life. You will always require courage to stabilise and
balance-up. Cowards always die before they are killed. The vision will speak at the
end, so why bother yourself before the end.
3. FAITHFULNESS
 1 Cor. 4:1-2; Prov.20:6; 23:20; Lk. 16:11-12.
Only the faithful become fruitful. To be successful you must cultivate the habit of
faithfulness. Accountability should be your watchword, because you are surrounded by
a cloud of witnesses. If you won't be faithful, the kingdom will not favour you. You
have to be faithful to earn "well done" from God (Matt. 25: ). Until God says well
done, it is not done.
4. MEEKNESS
 Matthew 5:5
The art of taking no merit for the results you command. Acknowledging the efficacy of
the grace of God (1 Cor. 15:10; Jn. 5:30; Rom. 9:16; 1 Sam. 2:9). The meek leans on
the grace and ability of God, and by so doing he commits God the more for His backing
continuously.
Meekness results in insights and depths of revelation (Ps. 25:9).
5. RIGHTEOUSNESS (Prov. 14:34)
I John 3:7 - 10 "He that doeth righteousness is righteous"
Job 1:1 If you want God to prosper the work of your hands, you must eschew evil.
Submit yourself under the mighty hand of God. Jas. 4:7
I Thess. 5:22. Abstain from all appearances of evil.

6. INTEGRITY
Honesty + morality.
Be honest in your dealings and be morally upright. Be truthful, fair and sincere.
No cheating => Jacob
No lying => lying destroys integrity, lack of integrity makes you lose respect.

7. DISCIPLINE (SELF-CONTROL)
Discipline is an act of denial today to gain tomorrow. It is the ability to control
yourself.

AREAS TO DISCIPLINE
1. Time - keep time, keep appointments, keep schedule (Eph. 5:16). Time is an
asset of equality. Everybody has the same.
2. Tongue - (Prov. 21:23) Many get into trouble at work by uncontrolled use of
the tongue.

13
3. Relationships - Be disciplined in your moral life. Avoid every inordinate
affection.
4. Money - If you don’t know how to handle money well, you will mourn.

PILLAR 4 DILIGENCE
Diligence simply means hard work. While ministry means running with a vision,
ministry is not for the lazy ones.
Every great success in ministry has its root in diligence. Diligent pursuit of your God-
given task will entail your investing your abilities, strength and all you have into your
mission. You are to pursue your vision with all diligence.

Lazy people never make head way in life because they are not operating God's formula
for successful living; which is diligence.
Do you want to be successful in ministry? Then be diligent. (Prov.22:29; Eccl.10:18)
Every calling of God is a high calling. But everyone determines what becomes
of his calling/ministry. But the good news is that only the diligent will rise to the top.
(Deut.28:13-14)

(A) REASONS FOR DILIGENCE

1. God who called you into the ministry of his son is a worker. He is diligent
(John5:17)
2. His son who sent you who is our perfect example was equally diligent (John9:4;
John4:31-32)
3. Ministry is the father's business, and diligence is required in business. (Lk2:40)
4. Our covenant fathers handed over to us a legacy of diligence.
(Gen.26:12-14; Prov.12:11; Prov. 22:28-29)
You don't sleep with vision; you run with vision (Hab. 2:2; 1 Cor. 9:24-27; Heb. 12:1-
2). Any vision you don't run with, you run out of. You have to be running for your
vision to speak at the end (Hab. 2:3). You have to remain a runner and a fighter by
discipline to make it in pursuit of your vision.
Matthew 25:14-16 - Talents are meant to be traded with for profiting (vs. 20). Until
you do something practically with your giftings, they hold no future for you. Every
accomplishment is a direct product of commitment, every committed men ends up an
accomplished man. For instance, never walk to the pulpit unprepared. Commitment is
the mother of accomplishment. Commitment is a sense of duty for productivity.
DILIGENCE SYSTEMS
1. Task
2. Training
3. Target
4. Tools
5. Timing
6. Tillage
7. Tarrying
14
TASK
Until your assignment becomes a task, it is not likely to give you the best. If you treat
you assignment with levity, you will be leveled out. If you don’t function under a bond
you will die under bondage.
This system presupposes that the assignment is well-defined.
* Until you see your assignment as a must, your best cannot come into it.
TRAINING
Establish a programme of development towards the accomplishment of your task. 2
kinds of training - Formal and Informal OR General and personal. The future of any
task is bleak without training. The quality of training determines the degrees of triumph.
NOT EVERYONE THAT IS SCHOOLED IS TRAINED.
General training provides the impetus while personal training provides the victory. The
following people made it on the platform of personal training - Richard Browson
(Virgin Island conglomerate) ;
Anthony Robins (read 700 books on psychology while in secondary school); Benjamin
Franklin etc. (Gen 14:14)
God will require your training to determine your placement. Training is a proof of your
personal commitment to your task. Personal development is superior to academic
qualification.

TARGET
Working towards a well-defined goal.
To always look for path of easiest resistance is to meander. (ICor.9:26) Target connotes
certainty of goal.

TOOLS
Identifying the instrument of accomplishment. What do I need to accomplish this task?
(Judges7:1-9)

TIMING
Identify the time to strike in your task. (Eccl 3:1.)
Time your operation. UNTIL YOU ARE SET, DON’T STEP OUT.
Timing calls for spiritual sensitivity. - to discern divine signal.

TILLAGE
Tillage connotes working the task. (Prov.12:11) Tillage delivers satisfaction.
Everything precious requires pressure. Hard work never kills, it beautifies.
TARRYING
(Mk.13:13; Matt.24:13.) He that endures to the end , the same shall be saved.
(Hab. 2:1-4) Tarry on the task and tarry with God. Keep tilling until toils are converted
to profit.
(Gal.6:9.) You shall reap if you faint not.

15
LECTURE 3
MARRIAGE SYSTEMS
Two systems will be discussed under this topic.
a) Pre - marital system and
b) Home-sweet-home
PRE - MARITAL SYSTEM
Under this system, we shall consider the 7p's for success in marriage.
Propose
Prepare
Proceed
Promote
Protect
Protest
Posses

PROPOSE. (Prov. 18:22)

Adventure into marriage begins with proposal. It requires your walking up to the lady
you have chosen to marry and telling her that you want to marry her. Don't go telling a
lady "God told me you are my wife." (Prov. 18:22)
Your proposal must be as a result of your choice (Amos 3:3) " Do I agree with her
looks, personality and style?" Your decision on who to marry should not be based on
dreams. "Do we have the same goals?" The woman also has right to decide whom she
wants. Not a sinner.
When the response is negative - leave. But when the response is positive, then
preparations begin.

PREPARATION. (II Chr. 27:6)

Preparation means fact-finding. Putting facts together to build the future they both
anticipated.
If in the process of preparation, it is found that the two cannot go on together, - break it
up. A broken courtship is better than a broken marriage. "Yes" to a proposal is different
from "yes" to marriage.
The quality of preparation you put into any task determines the quality of result you get.
{II Chron. 27:6}. Lack of adequate preparation is the reason for divorce. What you are
not prepared for, you can never succeed in. the preparation for marriage is not in
prayers; it is infact the finding and intelligent analysis of available facts; to determine
whether the step to marry has a future.
PROCEED {Isa.1:18}
You are not permitted to proceed until you are satisfied with the available facts. It is
after you have decided to proceed that you go ahead to inform parents etc. it is at this
point you begin to get to know those who need to be known.

16
PROMOTING
=> Promoting plan for marriage. Time to start taking steps to secure accommodation,
cooking pots, stove etc.
If you don’t have an accommodation, then you are not yet set for marriage. Age is not
the determining factor. A man that wants to marry must have a place to where he can be
a man not where he is considered a boy.
PROTECT {Heb.13:4}
You must protect your destiny by protecting yourselves from defilement. For if the
foundation be destroyed what can the righteous do? (Ps.11:3; Heb.13:4.)
The honour in marriage must be preserved.
* TEMPTATION IS NOT EQUAL TO SIN.
Defilement of the bed is the defilement of marital destiny.
PROTEST
When certain unpleasant things develop in the course of your decision, promotion and
in effort to protect, then you can protest. This is pointing out of the unacceptable issues
you have discovered with vehemence. If any of the spouse's family members raise some
issues that can jeopardize your future, you are permitted to react. e.g. demanding for
local gin "ogogoro" as part of marriage list. "This won't work on the basis of this and
that" You are allowed to react in order to put issues right.
YOU CANNOT BE A BOY AND SUCCEED IN MARRIAGE.
POSSESS {Matt.19:5}
With all the above P's in place, you can then match to the altar together. You can then
possess your husband or wife and the home is born.
(b) HOME-SWEET-HOME SYSTEM
Now the home has started, let's now discuss how to sustain it and make a heaven God
planned it to be.
Under this System, we shall consider the 7 R's
Relate
Respect
Reason
Romance
Rule
Resist
Realise
RELATE
Establishing a relationship. Reckoning with each other. Establishing a mental liberty
that makes for free communication. Disallowing all feelings of inferiority. Creating a
free atmosphere for effective communication. An environment of slavery must not be
allowed. A HOME WHERE ONLY ONE PERSON HAS A SAY IS A HOUSE. The
essence of relationship is to enhance communication.

RESPECT (Eph. 5:21)

Respect is reciprocal. Respect is expected from the 2 parties. When respect is not
mutual it becomes enslavement. If you don't respect your wife or husband, you will
lose respect. (I Pet. 3:7)
17
REASON (Is. 1:18)
To maintain respect, make sure your views are born out of reasoning. When you
produce your cause, buttress it with strong reason. Not assumptions and not open-
ended opinions. Never raise an issue without substantiating it with reasons.
ROMANCE (I Cor. 7:2,9)
Romance is one of the greatest facilitators of crisis-free marriage. When a home lacks
romance, it starts suffering disintegration. Romance is God's reason for marriage. (I
Cor. 7:1-2). If the woman does not give her body, the man will get another.
A SEX-STARVED MARRIAGE IS HEADING FOR DESTRUCTION
Maintain a natural romance that keeps the home fire on. The moment you stop feeling
for each other, you start falling apart.

RULE {ITim.3:5}
It is establishing guidelines that will help the operation of the home. God has appointed
an administrator - the husband. The man is to assign quantifiable responsibility and give
room for improvement. Don’t let life drag you on, give it direction. Create a
management procedure in the home. Lift the burdens by distributing the jobs. A lot of
tensions are generated in the home due to lack of adequate administrative structure.
ADMINISTRATION ESTABLISHES ORDER.
RESIST
Don’t allow errors to survive. Resist physically; resist spiritually. Any posture or action
detrimental to the well-being of the home, resist it. Don’t pamper it but resist it. Don’t
watch the devil creep in to defile your destiny. Whatever wont let your dream work,
walk it out. Not suspicious but proven positions.

REALISE
Keep your fingers on the keys until you produce the right sound. An hitch-free home is
achievable. Never give in, never give up until you realise home sweet home.

LECTURE 4
KINGDOM FINANCIAL SYSTEM
Outstanding financial prosperity in the kingdom belongs to those who are ready to give
it all it takes. In kingdom financial system, there are 7 keys.
Giving
Working
Thinking
Trusting
Waiting
Talking
Thanking
1. GIVING {Lk 6:38; Mal.3:8}
Giving is the pathway to living. If you must receive then you must give.
(Prov.11:24 - 26)
YOUR SEED DETERMINES YOUR HARVEST
Whatsoever a man sows, that is what he shall reap. (Gal.6:7)
2. WORKING {Ps.1:3}
If you are not working, you cannot get financial blessings in the kingdom.
(2Thess.3:10). Nothing is sweet until you earn it. Abraham was a smart worker,
Isaac was a tireless worker while Jacob was a creative worker. The father works
(Jn.5:17) the son works (Jn.9:4). Work means to be diligent. (Prov.22:29)
3. THINKING {Jos.1:8}
God has given us brain so that we can give Him rest. Deep calleth unto the deep
Ps.42:7. Treasures are never on the surface.
4. TRUSTING {Jer.17:7; Ps.35:27}
Trust in God to have finance in the kingdom. (Ps.37:5). Your trust must be in His
Word. He cannot fail. (Mal.3:6)
5. WAITING {Prov.28:22}
Patience is required. It is not the day you plant you reap. (Gal.6:9). You have
need of patience. (Heb.10:35-37). Do what you are supposed to do and wait for
the harvest. (Hab.2:3).
6. TALKING {Prov.18:20}
After all your givings, what you say determines what you get. (Mk.11:23). Even
if you give millions and you talk poverty, you have it enough.
WHAT YOU SAY SETS THE PACE FOR WHAT YOU GET.
Do not abort your financial abundance with your mouth. Your mouth is the sickle
for your harvest.
7. THANKING {Ps.67:5-7}
Thanksgiving is the key for provoking God's favour. Jesus gave thanks for the
small and it multiplied. Give thanks for your increase to come.

MINISTRY SUCCESS SYSTEMS
The seven keys for ministry success system are vision, identification, unction,
mobilization, action, continuity and impartation.

1. VISION
Ministry must be founded on vision and not choice or desire. God has absolute
pre-rogative to determine what and where we serve Him in ministry (Heb. 5:4).
It has to be a definite calling and not feeling. Jesus called the 12 Apostles and
appointed the 70. You cannot call yourself. Every calling in Christ is a high
calling. There is no extra-ordinary man in ministry, it is only the backing of the
extra-ordinary grace of God. The calling will compel the grace and the grace will
bring great results . It has to be an heavenly vision to command earthly impact.
You need to continuously check and prove your vision to be sure of God's
backing (1 Thess. 5:24). Vision is the key to exploits in ministry.
There are so many other feelings that can be confused for vision
a) Admiration - translating your love for someone or his job to mean vision.
b) Assumptions - thinking you heard what you never heard. Anything you cannot
conveniently point to the time God told you is not vision. (Hab.2:2). Until it is
plain enough, it is not worthy to be pursued.
c) Reaction - something unpleasant happened at your place of work and you
react to go and start a similar project.
d) Ambition - Personal desire
e) Competition - believing you could do better than those who are in it.
(IThess.5:21.) Prove your vision before you begin to run with it.

2. IDENTIFICATION
Standing out with your vision without any sense of shame.
YOUR IDENTITY IS YOUR SECURITY
Identification calls for a sense of moderation. Like your size per time.
Identification gives you a mutual drive.

3. UNCTION
Enduement with power is needed to make anything on earth work. (Lk.24:49).
Unction is your guarantee for motion. Strive to have a definite unction with the
Holy Spirit. The oil to function. The oil for the assignment. Not for fun, fame or
fund but for service. (James4:3)
4. MOBILIZATION
Setting an implementation process. Putting together human and material
resources. (Prov.24:3). Taking time to locate an effectual pattern of operation.
Laying hold on facts and engaging the wisdom of God in the appropriate
placement of such facts. WHERE? WHEN? HOW?. The where is answered by
wisdom. (Eccl.10:15)

5. ACTION
Work is an essential key to success. No matter the anointing, if you are not a
friend to work, you will lose worth.(Eccl.10:1). Dignity is a product of diligence.
As a minister of God, your labour should be in the book. (ITim.5:17)

6. CONTINUITY {Act.19:8-11; Act.26:22}

Every precious thing takes its time. It takes longer time for more precious things.
Continuity is the rule of champions. You don’t earn a crown without the rule of
continuity. The prize is only for those who press. (Phil.3:14). Don’t allow the
first negative thing you notice to discourage you.

7. MANIFESTATION
Striving for evidences. Going for proofs. Jesus was preaching and showing
(Lk.8:1). No matter the opposition, as long as you have proofs, you will silence
them. (Act.2:22). Until you have men with proofs, you have not gotten members.
Impart men that will carry on the vision.
