Women accessibility to Education system in Iran:

Any society has its specific methods of spreading knowledge which people whether children or adults can benefit from. From over 600 years ago, Iranian has had their especial schools which their single teacher has tried to teach the students for both males and females. Students used to learn the Quranic concept. Also, reading and memorizing Quran has been one of the most important tasks of those schools in Iran with the name of Maktab as like as all Muslim countries. This traditional method for educating was for religious education only. However, girls Education after Maktab has not been common in cultural and traditional points of view for centuries. Also, parents have not had any attention to send their girls to school and if the Education fees had been significant, girls would have been in first priority to be taken out of schools. Special referencing to girls for obtaining knowledge and being educated has dramatically grown since middle of 20th century. Some classic, formal systems of Education emerged after that informal method of educating. The formal systems has continued, reformed, modified and finally developed during decades. Nowadays, great ambitions of parents and children, religious importance of Education and its role in society, government development plans and compulsory elementary Education, international encouragement and so on are remarkable in accessibility to Education for females. There are many elementary and high schools around Iran. Even, there are different kinds of Universities. Therefore, the ways to access to professional Education are open in front of everyone with different economical context. Nowadays, the number of females who are going to schools is more than before. Also, the percentage of female admissions in annual entrance examination for Universities reached to 64% in 2008. This percentage illustrates that they have gained upper chance for educating. However, females in Iran are proving not to be less able than males in Education and academic performance which mean an aspect of gender equities.

Quality of Education:
Generally, quality of obtained Education in Iran depends on social class which students especially females come from. In the other word, lower social class examples do less well than higher social class ones. It is

something that happens in societies very common. Private schools have widely well-established and developed in Iran Education system rather than public schools which are supported by government. But, quality of Education in government Universities is very much higher than private Universities. The percentages of accepted candidates in entrance examination for postgraduate degree at Master and PHD level in both type of university which have got 52% difference illustrates its reality as one of witnesses. However, quality of Education in Iran institutions has developed and therefore, the better qualification results the better effect on life particularly on females lives.

Effects of Education on lives of females:

Effects of Education on womens families: Education can prepare well-development wisdom for females and making a reason to be self confident because of having more knowledge and ability to analyse their environmental events and facts. Expanded management and insight over family will emerge because of being self confident subsequently. Being an educated woman has a direct relation to life expectancy, hope for future, positive view, making a right decision and having control over family circumstances. In addition, more knowledge attracts women in how scientific findings and researches can benefit their families in all aspects such as health and hygienic, childrens growing and training, childrens Education, supporting family psychologically, optimization of time and energy regarding to economic aspect, and so on.

presence in elections whether as someone to elect the others or someone who has to be elected. Her well-developed skills in team working and management, decision making under pressure, job creativity, self employment, having a role in contribution to productivity in society and being an entrepreneur which are some of her excellent advantages of True Education can assist her. Therefore, reaching to success is easier than before. As meritocracy and globalization is developing in the world, women have to gain their positions in society by themselves and update their Education and knowledge time by time in these ongoing competitions. What barriers a female may face in her Education in Iran? Having multiple roles in family and society, women can be divided to two main parts: Women living in rural areas Women living in urban areas Regarding to living in rural areas and its specific cultural, social conditions, what it should mentioned as some barriers are: (Percentages mentioned in parenthesises come from the results of questionnaires given
to females of both rural and urban areas in 2007.)

There is not enough attraction in rural women attentions to be educated even on free of charge education up to end of high school.(77%) There are not strong aims and objectives to achieve knowledge. (73%) There is not any hope for future after education.(68%) There is not demand for educated women regarding jobs in rural areas.(84%) They have big families with many responsibility of sorting out their problem.(89%) It is very difficult for them to find an opportunity to start educating.(78%) They have not any information or an advisor.(69%)

Living in urban areas, has more hopefulness results. There are more educated people in this side and there are many attractions for women to be educated. Many facilities have prepared to ease educating. People can understand importance of higher Education rather than only elementary and/or secondary schools. But there are other barriers which are in front of women such as:

They are working all day long both males and females to earn for their life expenses. So, shortage of time is clear.(51%) They have to pay very much for higher Education in Universities.(68%) They are disappointed from Educational systems. (50%) They have convinced that there is no meritocracy in finding higher positions in society but having network relations do its works in these subjects.(64%)

Conclusion:
Education itself, Globalization, Meritocracy in society and Gender Equity offer women unprecedented opportunities which have emerged in recent years. So, Educating remains as a challenge for women. There has been a wide domain of barriers to promote females Education in Iran. But now, this is an obligation for every one whether male or female to compete for finding higher place to reach his/her own specified targets by WellEducating in this challenging world as struggling is the meaning of life.
