1. WHY IS UNDERSTANDING HUMAN BEHAVIOR IN ORGANIZATION
IMPERATIVE?

Identify and promote positive behaviors To discourage behaviors that lead to mistrust and
other poor interpersonal dynamics between people who must work together.

Create a positive workplace culture: Individual "prosocial" behaviors do not necessarily occur

naturally. The right incentives are the building blocks of a supportive and selfless workplace
culture.

Motivate employees to exhibit "prosocial" behaviors: This discipline offers a set of

motivational tools for managers to use, which takes into account individual differences between
employees. Effectively, this skill is applied psychology and sociology for managers.

Identify the causes of "antisocial" behaviors: Toxic behaviors that can infect a department and
spread throughout an organization may originate with individuals; they may come from the top
down; or they may even be the result of external or internal influences.

Assess likely employee response before initiating organizational change: Predictive

capabilities are among the most important for managers, and become even more important as
leaders work their way up in the organizational structure. In order to determine the right
strategies and implement them successfully, leaders at every level must be able to accurately
anticipate how employees will react, and work to develop contingencies. The study of
organizational behavior enables this predictive capability.

2. DISCUSS THE IMPORTANCE OF HUMAN BEHAVIOR IN ORGANIZATIONS

PERSPECTIVE.

Organizational behavior is able to help leaders understand the motivational tools required
to facilitate their employees to reach their potential. It is significant for leaders to analyze
the organizational structure that can act in their employee's interest.

Recognizing ways to improve organization behaviours can help resolve underlying issues
between employees and promote an appealing workplace environment.

3. WHAT IS YOUR STAND ON THE PRACTICE OF HUMA BEHAVIOR MODELS?

Understanding one individual’s behavior is challenging in and of itself; understanding a group

that’s made up of different individuals and comprehending the many relationships among those
individuals is even more complex. THAT IS WHY , The study of organizational behaviour AND
ITS MODELS gives insight on how employees behave and perform in the workplace. It
helps us develop an understanding of the aspects that can motivate employees, increase their
performance, and help organizations establish a strong and trusting relationship with their
employees.

People respond better to positive encouragement than to negative processes. Think of the tasks
you do every day; if someone thanks you or compliments you on how well you did, you feel
much more likely to continue the task. As a teacher, you can help stop undesirable behavior and
increase appropriate behavior by genuinely reinforcing the latter.

4. GIVE THE PRINCIPLES OF HUMAN BEHAVIOR.

Behavioral principles are powerful predictors of human behavior.
