Abstract
Class Website is a software solution, which allows a particular class or
institute to arrange, conduct and manage all the processes related to class like
admission process, etc. via an online environment. This can be done through
Internet, Intranet/Local Area Networks.
Some of the problems faced by manual Class Websites are delay in
Admission processes. Also filtering of records is not an easy task. The chance
of record loss is more and searching of specific records are also difficult.
Maintenance of system is also very difficult and requires lot of time and efforts.
We intend to use the systems development life cycle (SDLC) which is a
conceptual model used in project management that describes the stages involved
in a Class Website.
Microsoft Visual Studio Code will be used as a tool for Front End
Development because of its flexibility and ease of use as it has English like
statements.

 TRAVEL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

It is a long-established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable
content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Lorem Ipsum is
that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using
'Content here, content here', making it look like readable English. Many desktop
publishing packages, and web page editors now use Lorem Ipsum as their
default model text, and a search for 'lorem ipsum' will uncover many web sites
still in their infancy. Various versions have evolved over the years, sometimes
by accident, sometimes on purpose (injected humour and the like).

 GYM MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

A Gym Management requires a system that will handle all the necessary
and minute details easily and proper database security accordingly to the user.
They require software, which will store data about members, employees,
products, payroll, receipts of members etc & all transactions that occur in Gym
and lock-up with graphical user interface (GUI).

 PAYROLL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

 A payroll system is an important for businesses. The payroll management
system is a process of managing company’s employee’s financial records. This
includes details of the employees like employee’s salaries, incentives, bonuses,
deductions, and net pay. Because of payroll system business maintain regular
financial process so they can pay their employees on time.

 HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Hospital Management system is a software that handles hospital
workflow. It manages different departments such as administration, medical,
finance. It keeps records of all operations, patient’s information and reports as
well as performs its analysis and generate reports. Medical department stores
all patients data in one place. Hospital Management System reduces repetitive
tasks and paperwork or documentation.

 INVENTORY
Inventory Management keeps track of stock items like raw materials and
components for company. Company places orders for needed products and
material through venders for customers. It maps all the tracking records of
product delivery and group products as per predefined categories. Products can
be easily identified and track using barcode. It receives notifications about stock
whether items are in under stock or over stock. It helps you to place order for
products. It also helps you to purchase order as per seasonal rise and fall.

Traditionally, the classes relied heavily on human sources for the class
management. But management of these class manually was not efficient. It was
nearly impossible to keep the track and storage of the huge data related to the
class system. Security and maintenance of the data was major issue in this
technique. It was the very difficult task to preserve the important data for larger
time span. Thus, it was the demand of time to shift toward the modern methods
for class management.
This modern approach relies on the software for overall Class Website.
Class Website software provides us with the automated way to manage the class
data and information.
Online software allows us to bind all the factors of class together, such as
students, teachers, parents, non-teaching staff, payroll system, admission
system, user access etc. They provide an easy way to handle such a large data
conveniently, with lesser errors& lesser headache.
Class Website Software provides a reliable means for class management.
Various constraints, validation helps to maintain the security of the data. It
allows easy insertion, deletion and updating of data. Thus, decreasing the
individual workload, and conserving our precious time.

schooling ways remain more time consuming than modern ones. Managing data

check. Modern classes have adjusted to the unique solutions to these academic
problems. Modern classes make the best use of every second, resulting in better
productivity.

Future Scope:
As this project is based on real application, so after some time we add
some modules and update these modules like backend database management,
login system which includes admin login, student login, etc. This updates and
modifications complete our project.

Class management system helped students and their parents to know
more about the class and updates in the latest courses. For this website we also
provide more information to the students and their parents and it is helpful in
the lockdown time to give some important instructions to our students about
their performance.

In this digitalization, this class’s website is very beneficial for students

and parents.
