What is the policy validity?
You are covered from 19 Oct 2022 till 20 Oct 2022 during your stay at Capital O 92322 Hotel Vitthal Inn
from the time you check-in till you check-out.
Who’s Covered?
This policy covers Sanjay kumar along with 2 co-passengers for their stay starting on 19 Oct 2022.
What’s covered?
This policy provides extensive coverage for the insured persons against unfortunate incidents during
the Coverage Period. Each benefit under this Policy will be only payable once during the Coverage
Period.
The following benefits will be applicable when the policy is active:
Accidental death benefit

We will pay the fixed amount of Rs. 10,00,000 if you get injured during the
trip and it leads to death.
Loss of baggage and personal effects

The claim is payable only if loss event has occurred during Coverage period
and claim is evidenced by FIR. Any loss after check-out from OYO property
is not covered.
SPECIAL CONDITION: For important identification document(s) such as a

passport, driving license and PAN Card, there is sub-limit applicable as
follows:
1. PAN Card: INR 500
2. Driving License: INR 1,500
3. Passport: INR 5,000
For clothes & other personal belongings, a fixed benefit of INR 5,000 is
payable if same has been lost along with the baggage which was checked-in
in the OYO property. Cumulative limit of Rs. 5,000 for identification docs.

Electronic Equipment Cover
The claim is payable in case of theft of Laptop, Mobile Phones or any other
electronic equipment during the Coverage Period. Any kind of Damage is
excluded from the scope of coverage. Any loss after check-out from Oyo
property is not covered. Invoices are mandatory in case of theft of Laptop or
Mobile Phone.
1. Theft of Laptop - Upto Rs. 25,000

2. Theft of Mobile Phone - Upto Rs. 10,000
3. Theft of other electronic equipment - Rs. 2000
OPD Treatment
We will pay the medical bills for OPD upto Rs 5,000 for medical events
occuring because of accident only during the trip.
Home content - Fire & Allied perils

We will pay up to Rs. 25,000 if you suffer property damage due to theft, fire,
lightning, explosion, riots and other perils as mentioned in the policy
wordings during the coverage period.
SPECIAL CONDITION:
The benefit is applicable only for intercity OYO bookings. Intra-city
bookings are not covered under this coverage.
FIR is required mandatorily for evidence of the claim under the benefit.
Emergency hotel requirement

We will reimburse upto Rs. 5,000 for the accomodation expenses in case
Illness or Injury leading to minimum 24 hours of hospitalization of any of the
Insured Person staying in the booked Oyo property.
Personal legal liability

We will indemnify the cost of actual legal liability (including defense costs)
upto Rs. 25,000 against the damages for negligence which results from a
third party civil claim made for third party death, bodily injury or property
damage. Court case and the judgement of the court is required for
admitting claim along with documents specified in T&C.

Medical expenses reimbursement
(Accident only)
An allowance upto Rs. 25,000 for medical expenses shall be paid if the
insured person is injured during the trip and needs to be hospitalized.
SPECIAL CONDITION: Minimum hospitalization of 24 Hours is required to

avail benefit under this coverage.
Emergency medical evacuation

The fixed amount of Rs. 10,000 shall be paid for Medical evacuation in case
an insured person suffers an injury during the trip and needs to be shifted to
another place for immediate medical attention.
SPECIAL CONDITION: In case of accidental hospitalization.
Repatriation of mortal remains

Fixed amount of Rs. 10,000 shall be paid for repatriation of remains of the
insured person if death occurs during the trip.
