I. PRELIMINARY

A. Call to order

The meeting was called to order at 9:20 am on April 11, 2022. Prof. Dionesia R.
Beraña, College Dean, presided the meeting.

B. Approval of the Provisional Agenda


Prof. Dionesia R. Beraña, presented the provisional agenda of the meeting and
asked for additional matters to be discussed. Mr. Oya moved for the approval of the
provisional agenda.
C. Reading of the Matters Arising During Previous Regular Meeting
Mr. Kenneth Reyes, read the previous Regular Meeting

III. NEW BUSINESS

Ma’am Dionesia Beraña


 Find a way to create our own module
 By next month, the evaluation of module will be conducted
 We have our format on how to evaluate the module and we will give
certificate for those who passed the module

 Multi-tasking Faculty
 Our equipment is available but not functional
 Lack of knowledge on how to use the equipment
 Local and National collaboration
 Flexible learning modality
 Workshop-Swot it is only what we identify
 We can adjust depending on what you want to add
 The weakness professional development is our opportunities
 Lack of funding, if it is not properly plan
 It terms of Library, the Posible threat is in health of Librarian
 In curriculum, qualifying exam/ it could be the intervention
 Once we get through the Level 3 Accreditation, we offer the Industrial
Security Management
 Once we pass, we have Refresher course

Campus, because last time the experts are not around
o Faculty, Please stick with your online schedule , it is reminder, if
there is a change in your schedule in online class, let me know

o Asynchronous class monitoring….
o Please do update your VLP, it is check by the VP
o Need to update the VLP
o Asynchronous, we do highly use the VLP
o Submission of Assessment 1 and 2 with rubrics, also Assessment 3,
o Assessment 3 cannot be done onsite, only for the laboratory
o Assessment 3 requires the TOS
o Limited face to face classes, even we are lack of equipment, but our
instructors doing very well
o Reminder for the E-trace, faculty, instruct your students’ to download
the E-trace

o Sharing the updates
o 95% of the faculty have submitted the module
o In terms of Class Observation, 2 Faculty have already observed
o When it comes to the incoming freshmen students’ there are limited
no. of applicants, 20 participants, 11…. 9 still in waited list
o The college is looking forward in garnering a 100% passing rate in
the Licensure Examination for Criminologists (LEC) as well as
producing board topnocher.
 The committee for the Criminology Comprehensive Enhancement Program
(CCEP) are as follow:
 Criminal Law and Jurisprudence (Prof. Bongalos, Chairman; Mr. Oya, Vice-Chair; Mr.
Nocos, Ms. Jimenez, Mr. Reyes, and Mrs. Orbon, Members)
 Law Enforcement (Mr. Mirandilla, Chairman; Ms. Pailano, Vice-Chairman; Ms.
Montañez, Mr. Asis, and Ms. Duro, Members)
 Crime Detection (Mr. Peñano, Chairman; Ms. Paredes, Vice-Chair; Ms. Baleta, Mrs.
Padayao, and Ms. Aquino, Members)
 Forensic Science (Prof. Aguirre, Chairman; Ms. Roncesvalles, Vice-Chairman; Ms.
Sape, Prof. Beraña; Ms. Rubio, and Ms. De Guzman, Members)
 Correctional (Ms. Taya, Chairman; Ms. Refugio, Vice-Chairman; Ms. Luna, Ms.
Lopez, and Ms. Maravilla, Members)
 Criminal Sociology (Prof. Navarozza, Chairman; Ms. Malabana, Vice-Chairman; Ms.
Cel, Ms. Cariño, and Mr. Lotino, Members)
 Function of each committee: (1) spearhead program and activities for a
particular activity; (2) review and evaluate at the committee level the TOS,
IMs, before submitting to the IM committee; (3) shall develop and update
review materials for graduate students along with CCEP; (4) shall assist in
the conduct of CCEP and criminology test.
 The College Dean reiterated the need for improvement in the performance of
the college in LEC as it is reflected in the IPCR targets.
 Regarding the Board Ops, orientation will be conducted by the college for
those who are willing to join.
 By December, the test questions will be floated to those students who opted
to take the CCEP.
 Google forms will be created from which the questions will be uploaded.
 The college dean emphasized the importance of inculcating the principle of
discipline, care, and respect in every class.
 Both teachers and students must memorize the PVMGO and IMP.
 Student monitoring form shall be submitted to the college for those students
who are most likely to be dropped.
 Load allowance for faculty was already discussed in the academic council
meeting.
