Esports Player Contract

future progress in the Esports Industry”
*****This Memorandum of Agreement is centralized repository of content. This contract

establishes the basic terms of agreements as well as the penalty for violating them.
TERMS OF AGREEMENT FOR:
CHARACTER
1. Commitment - This is your career, and your dedication, we’ll determine how efficient you are.
Depending on your level of dedication. We are only looking for someone who is willing to work
aimlessly. Our philosophy and definition of dedication is to go to whatever length to achieve our
goals.
2. Responsibility - You'll hold yourself liable for maintaining your promises and deciding what
you want to achieve professionally. We're delighted because it's evident that folks who make
progress rather than just playing the game are recognized.
3. Respect - This goes hand in hand with professionalism; without respect, both within a team,
toward other players, and toward management, you won't get very far.
I. Rewards and Benefits.
A. Monthly Allowance
The team will receive a total monthly allowance of PHP 10000 as the starting
allowance and will increase based on your performance and can decrease as well.
B. Tournament Fees and Paid Scrims
Tournament and paid scrims fee is free for the team.
C. Jersey
You are part of our team so you can get a jersey.
D. Other Incentives
If the team performs well in tournaments and scrims you can get an extra
incentive depending on the administration.
II. Scheme for Distribution of Winnings
The organization will take a cut on tournament winnings. Tournament winnings

will be distributed pro-rata of the agreement.
The distribution scheme below will be followed by the parties in the contract:
Online Tournaments*
- Prizepool of 30,000 and above the management will get a 10% cut from it,
prizepool lower than 30,000 the management will not get its cut but get the
corresponding registration fees if have.
Offline Tournaments* (With boot camps or event accommodation)
- Prizepool of higher than 50k the tournament winnings will be distributed with a
85:15 ratio. 85% of the winnings shall belong to the players, and 15% of the winnings
will be withheld by the organization.
**Offline Tournaments shall encompass all tournaments that require either
1) Usage of Boot camp, 2) Personal Interaction, and 3) Expenses shouldered by

the organization.
GENERAL RULES AND REGULATION
This contract must be honored by the e-sports player who signed it.
This esports player contract is made and entered into on October 2022 effective until
December 2022. (Effective Date).
I. Prohibitions
1. The Player is prohibited to engage in any transaction with the Clan Name without
consent given by the management
2. The Player is prohibited from competing or joining other teams during the duration of
the contract or unless expressly given the authority by the management.
3. The Player is prohibited to modify any of the Rules and Regulations unless the
management reconsiders.
II. Other Things to Consider
1. Miscellaneous Expenditures
Any other expenditures and spending not written in the contract will be provided given
that it will benefit the management and the Player.
2. Agreement Modification
Modifications of the Contract can be done with the authority of the management,
provided that it has been agreed by both parties of the contract.
III. Acquisition
In case the player(s) or team decided to leave the management because of acquisition from
another organization. The said organization must directly contact the ALAB Management
for the terms of the buyout.
IV. Confidentiality
During the term of this agreement and within after its expiration, the contract player is
prohibited to disclose any proprietary or confidential information which he had come to
know because of this Agreement.
V. Breach of Contract
We are committed to guarding our vision by keeping people who are professionals, best in
class, and productive. If you are not able to live up to our standards after several coaching
sessions and trainings, we will ask you to seek another career on the following grounds
The contract will be considered breached, when:
1. Out of character by not showing up in meetings, trainings and not responding in

communications.
2. The Player acts against the rules and regulation
3. The Player has modified some aspects of the contract without permission of the
management.
4. The Management of ALAB proclaim that the contract has been breached, after careful
investigation. A notice will be sent to the Player when the contract has been breached.
In case of the breach in the agreement above, legal actions will be taken by
ALAB towards the Player that has committed the breach. The court can be called
upon for the settlement of the issue.
Punishments will be provided by ALAB for the Breach of a contract, as follows:
a) Suspension of going into contract again with ALAB for at least a year.
b) Other punishments given by the court regarding the issue.
c) Player who breach the agreement will pay 50% of the expenses given by the
management
