Hi, my name is R.J. Santhosh, I’m studying 1 st MBA in Ponjesly College of Engineering. I have finished my UG degree in St.
Joseph College of Engineering. I had a gap of 1 year before joining MBA here the main reason of joining MBA here is because of the
results of previous semesters and well experienced staffs. Before joining here, I had no idea about what is MBA and which elective I am
going to select in the second year. But they gave complete idea about the basics of MBA and about electives in the first week of classes in
form of bridge course. The teaching staffs in our department is very experienced and had Ph.D in their specific fields. Apart from the
syllabus they are concentrating more in our communication skills and our personality development individually. And not only in
academics they will also encourage us participating in various workshops and management meet which will be conducted in various
colleges in our zone. They will also encourage us in participate in sports and co-curricular activities. To be honest I had a different
opinion about this college when I entered in this campus like it is very strict, they’ll put over pressure on us. But once I am here, it’s
completely different staffs are very friendly and they will help us in taking the good decision regarding our career and finally I hope that
I will become better version of myself with guidance of them.
