Working in the Le Webexy makes me understand basic terms for web designing, web pages and
HTMLs etc. In Le Webexy I got to be proficient in the technical aspects of building websites. I
also got to know the coding, design and layout of a website according to a company's
specifications and from clints view point.
By working there, I gained regular contact with other partners to enhance and implement
their content - and ensure there was a transparent establishment of what might be created

Work responsibility given in Le Webexy Pvt. Ltd. Was huge but it became easy through regular
guidance from superiors. In Le Webexy Pvt. Ltd. I was awarded as a team leader for internship
candidates. This was given because of my background of management field. While doing my
internship in Le Webexy I get to use many of management tools for example leadership, team
work, delegation etc. The working environment while working was delightful and congenial
through this the results of projects are definitive. Superiors make sure every person will get equal
and not giving burden on single person. Job responsibility assigned in Le Webexy Pvt. Ltd. It
was huge but it had been easy with regular guidance from management. In Le Webexy Pvt.
Ltd. I used to be offered employment as a team leader. This was given due to my
administrative field domain. once I did my internship at Le Webexy I used tons of
management tools for instance leadership, team performance, delegation etc. Managers
guarantee that everybody are going to be equal and not provides a burden to at least
one person.
We got many responsibilities like taking a clint decision at their level and providing ideas
and issues associated with management by the top of the third term with the
acceptable assignment subsequent day. All employees working there should lookout of
their work and make sure that all assignments are completed before time. While working
there I buy more opportunities to use my many management skills. once I was in an
internship, I want to create sites for several companies and put them together within
the format required by reputable companies.

While in internship I got a task of professionalinn.com website for content writing and image
fixing and resizing. For this work I was given five days of time it means the deadline was of five
days. In this task I have done home page and about page content and both the pages images
creation and resizing is also done by me. The task was easy for the person who know how to
elaborate things in many ways before doing work for that project. Most of the work has to be
done on Microsoft Word where I have to write all the data regarding professionalinn and about
its owners. And image resizing and creation was done on picsart application.
That company is about legal and taxation firm and the clint of Le Webexy. The professionalinn
website is a simple form of editing and graphic used website. In this website contents are taken
from professionally working websites for an idea but its all data and images are unique which is
initially checked for saving and escaping from all the legal limitations and copyrights form the
owners of other websites. All the work was done in the supervision of our superiors and with the
help of them professionalinn is working without any difficulty. I have to cover whole writing

planning. First and foremost, good team managers define the dimensions of the
project and determine the resources available. Good project team managers skills to

Many of the experiences I gained while training was making and developing more ways to
try to to work on a digital basis and management strategies. I see a thought l thanks
to express an idea or step to enhance the work done. I gained experience performing on an
existing code base, experience working with new team members, experience customizing
my coding style to suit the team level and understanding of application development.
Working during a new team during a professional setting has prepared me for
several collaborative relationships. The environment related to an internship is
exclusive and may be a gateway to success. I used to be a lost student before I took this
internship job. This tutorial taught me how collaborations add business. This section
taught variety of tools that might enjoy the organization of group-based
projects like Eclipse, clean code, ticket trackers, and more. I learned tons about html, php,
and JavaScript. - i will be able to be doing a really big project and this class has taught that
clean code is extremely important. As long as you create dirt, the project won't bother
you within the end of the day. It’s like having a white room will allow you to urge your car
keys so you never need to work late. This training also teaches me more about my future
career than what college education offers me.
Digital market: while doing internship I get too aware about digital market which is a
very huge market as the name says digital means online or use of internet. Market is
Digital market place is bigger as google is widely experienced in whole world. Most of
the customers uses internet for daily use.
I got experience of practicing designing graphics for clints.
Basic templet uploading was also a task given to me while performing my internship.

Problem faced while working for the first time in a job was fear of doing something wrong. This
problem was the first problem for any intern or new employee in any of the new office or job.
There are many other problems say doing important work late, making difficulties for others and
taking wrong decisions and wrong calls. Problems are many for a new employee but the cure or
protective measures are consulting with superiors or heads most of the problems will be resolved
by taking consult with others. While in internship I used to make web pages for many companies
and compiling them together in required format by respected companies. No user likes slow load
times and they can have real consequences for your business so we have to be fast in coding
managing time span and most important make best result out of no time or less time. Overall, I
faced very less problems as getting the advantage of being from IT background. Poor ‘Online

The company's website design may be a force that permits for robustness and reduce
market-based risk. Both are very successful within the industry over the past five years
and there's no denying it. As a product company, that they had a singular way of organizing
and managing digital marketing. To be effective, it requires tons of involvement with their
staff and constant customers in Le Webexy pvt. ltd. the company had recently acquired the
position of best-selling websites, thanks partially to its tightly managed web design. Le
Webexy has worked tirelessly for several years to bring relief to its digital performance by
using the assistance of time-keeping just to stay designers at a coffee level. In my training
period, I realize that writing content and pictures may be a key element of creating an
excellent website. I can see the weakness of the company, the shortage of web designers
and trannies in making sites and designing websites with clints.
All in all, this study was an excellent help. I gained new knowledge, skills and met many
new people. I achieved many of my learning goals, except for some it had been impossible.
I gained insight into the workings of technology. I even have learned various aspects of
working within the digital marketplace. I noticed that funding, like many organizations, is
crucial to the success of projects. associated with my reading I learned more about sites and
Le Webexy websites and therefore the threats they face. there's still much to be gained and
improved. The currently used methods haven't been updated and therefore the consistent

even have noticed that even local people are showing an interest in Web development with

internship was also good to seek out out what my strengths and weaknesses are. This has

firm for doing internship for fresh blood (new students). In this type of internship new blood like
