    Questions

    1. Is the same colour affected and non-affected area using the same barrel of binder? Same
    mixing batch during installation?
    2. What type of installed system? SBR and EPDM thickness? Binder ratio?
    3. Any solvent use to mix with binder? If yes, what type of solvent?
    4. Weathering condition post installation. Any rain before or during complaint photos taken?
    5. Is there any drainage design below the sub-base or edges of the playground site? Any Slope
    design it sub-base layer?
    6. Is it possible for the customers to further monitor the site? For around 1-2 months to check
    for any further colour change? (Could be due to surroundings that block out the UV/sunlight
    causing certain area’s yellowing could dissipate slower than other areas)

    Task

    1. Wide-angle photos all around the site. (Look around the playground, find for shapes that
    might cast a shadow on the brighter area of the brighter patch of playground surface.)
    2. Close up photo of the affected site. Take the photo in between the affected and unaffected
    site.
    3. Overall photo of the site.
