7. Level 2 Repair

7-4. Disassembly

1 1) Put the device in the chamber as 2 Detach the Back Glass. And Finger sensor
following below heating condition 1) Detach the left side of Back glass
- SOC 68%↓: 70℃/10~20 minute 2) Detach the Finger sensor connector
- SOC 68%↑: 70℃/10~20 minute
※ Please confirm the heating condition
released lastly, and follow it.

3 Unscrew 18 Point and disassemble SIM Tray 4 Disassemble Upper Rear.

5 Finally Disassemble Rear of bottom side.


6 Unscrew PBA 3points.
(Use disassemble hole right side of Rear to
detach it)

7 Disassemble 5 Point connector of PBA. 8 Detach other components.

9 Detach Ear Jack 10 Detach SUB PBA


1) Unscrew PBA 1points. 1) Unscrew PBA 2points.
2) Separation of Ear jack Module using Pinset. 2) Separate sub PBA.

7-5. Assembly

1 Attach SUB PBA and Ear jack on Front. 2 Screw 3 point in SUB PBA.

1) Be care of chip damage nearby screw point.

3 Attach components on Front. 4 Attach Front CAM, MAIN CAM and Iris CAM on
PBA.
(RCV module, Sensor FPCB, Motor, Battery)

5 Assemble PBA to Front case.


Battery connect and the other connectors. 6 Assemble the Bottom REAR in sequence.
(5 Point)
* Torque Value : 1.2±0.1kgfcm

Assemble the TOP+MID REAR Assy in 8 Screw insertion 18 Point.
sequence. * Torque Value : 1.2±0.1kgfcm

7. Level 2 Repair

9 Press the S-Pen cover using pressing jig 10 Attach the finger sensor on the REAR and

- Pressing force : 1 N
(It is set on the pressing jig in advance)
- Pressing tine : 5 sec
