Ma’am:

Greetings of Peace and Goodwill!

The Department of Education, through its Memoranda and Guidelines, has

created the Brigada Eskwela Program which intends to strengthen the
bond between the community, the teachers, the school, and its
stakeholders, as they work hand in hand in catering the needs of the
students. In the light of the aforementioned program, our school is now
aiming to improve our performance in the implementation of this year’s
Brigada Eskwela Program.

As a result, we'd like to request from your good office to donate the following
to wit:
1. Out-dated books from the City Library
2. Steel Footbath from the city offices
3. Blue Plastic Barrels
4. Trash Bins
I am confident that forming a cooperation with the local government unit for
the benefit of our students will be a superior option. We eagerly await your
swift response to this matter. We will be eternally grateful for your
unwavering dedication and commitment to the school.
Thank you very much!

Sincerely,

FLORA G. CORVERA

Mayor
Cabadbaran City

Dear Hon. Mayor Judy Chin-Amante,

Greetings!

Recognizing the importance of Gabaldon Schoolhouses and other heritage school

buildings in the history of Philippine education, the Department of Education
(DepEd) embarks on the conservation and restoration of these school buildings to
prevent their further deterioration.

These schoolhouses are treated as important structures considering their

architectural, historical, social, and scientific significance. The passing of Republic
Act (RA) No. 10066 “National Cultural Heritage Act of 2009″ and RA No. 11194
“Gabaldon School Building Conservation Act” further proves the significance of
these structures to Filipino heritage.

Calamba Elementary School has one newly restored Gabaldon with five classrooms
for students in grades 5 and 6. The project only included the structure of the
school building restoration and left out the chairs and tables needed in the
classroom. As determined by the school's facilities coordinator and the property
custodian. For this grade level, there are 120 chairs and tables that are lacking.

Some of the chairs and tables were condemned and damaged. The chairs and
tables used by the students in these grade levels are leftovers from prior grades.

With this in mind, we respectfully request that you allocate funds from the Special
Education Fund (SEF) to provide chairs and tables for our students. As local
partners, we understand that our first purpose is to provide our students with a
high-quality, inclusive education. Our learners' safety, contentment, and
comfortable learning environment have a significant impact on the teaching and
learning process.

We shall always admire all of the leaders of this local government unit for their
outstanding leadership and committed service. As we pledge to support the city's
programs and projects aimed at the students' welfare.

Thank you very much!

Cleaning, orderly, safe, cost-effective, and instructionally supporting school

buildings can all be achieved with proper planning for school facilities
maintenance. Our school is one of the larger school grounds that requires
additional labor to maintain cleanliness, particularly in the area of grass
cutting. Furthermore, our school watchman lacks the necessary time and
effort to clean the entire area. One of the issues that our grass cutter
encountered was damage as a result of the breadth of his labor. It has been
damaged and will require extensive repairs.
There has been a roll-out of face-to-face classes. Our school has been
chosen to open in the next few weeks. Children will enter the school, and
the learners' safety is our first priority.
As a result, we'd like to request that your team provide (3) grass cutter
with operator to assist in the cleanup of the school grounds. I am confident
that forming a cooperation with the local government unit for the benefit of
our students will be a superior option.
We eagerly await your swift response to this matter. We will be eternally
grateful for your unwavering dedication and commitment to the school.

part of their "Programang Agrikultura para sa Masa" campaign. Gulayan sa

Dear Ma’am/Sir:

Peace and prosperity to you!

Our school does not have enough trees to provide shade from the sun's rays. There would
be no more vibrant flowers to catch learners' attention and urge them to continue their
studies. There is no fresh air to lift your spirits.

We derived to this conclusion that school beautification is a great way to do all of those
things and more, bringing schools and communities together. It's a way to create and
preserve both beautiful and healthy environments where learning and camaraderie is
enhanced.

With this, we would like to request in your good office of the following plants & trees needed
for the school beautification & restoration, these are the following to wit:

 (55) pieces Palm Tree

 (50) pieces Mahogany Tree
 (100) pieces Variety of flowers/plants for landscape.

I am looking forward to your strong leadership and outstanding service promptly addressing
my concern.

Sincerely,

Greetings!

Education Secretary Leonor Magtolis Briones has authorized all regional

directors to begin the progressive expansion phase of face-to-face classes for
both public and private schools, following the President's approval of the
recommendation for progressive expansion of face-to-face classes.

With this in mind, we'd like to request a "bandaretas" from your good office,

Dear Hon. Judy,

Greetings!

School gardens provide students with a real-time look at how food is grown.

There are different models for how these gardens work, but in many,
children of different ages have regular lessons in the garden, learning how to
grow, harvest, and prepare a variety of fruits and vegetables.

In line with this, the Calamba Elementary School would like to request a soil
cultivator machinery, the ultimate attachment for soil preparation, to
cultivate the wide area of the school as preparation for the GPP PROJECT. If

this is realized, school gardens provide a context to teach students to be
advocates for themselves, their communities, and the environment. By
cultivating a connection with nature, gardens foster a sense of
environmental stewardship.

Dear Ms. Soria,

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!

Nutritional deficiency, a growing concern among school-aged children, affects their

learning process. To improve nutrition in schools, the school has established the
Gulayan sa Paaralan program, an innovative organic vegetable gardening project.

Gulayan sa Paaralan aims to raise public awareness about health and nutrition by
planting vegetables in available spaces in schools. It also seeks to supplement the
food given to students in the school’s supplemental feeding program.

In line with this, the Calamba Elementary School would like to request a variety of
seedlings of fruits, vegetables, and tilapia fingerlings for our fishpond. Through
this project, we are able to fulfill its mission to provide an opportunity to make the
community more self-reliant and self-sufficient and extend its efforts to protect the
environment, which is essential in building sustainable and resilient communities.

We are looking forward to a positive response on this matter.

Ma’am:

Greetings!

Graduation ceremonies are a chance for parents to celebrate their child's

achievements and mark the end of elementary life. The theme of the SY
2021-2022 EOSY rites is “Gradweyt ng K to 12: Masigasig sa mga Pangarap
at Matatag sa mga Pagsubok” (K to 12 Graduates: Pursuing Dreams and
Fostering Resilience in the Face of Adversity).

Calamba Elementary School will hold its graduation and recognition

ceremonies on June 30, 2022. As a result, our school gymnasium is still
unfurnished and has no stage. In light of this, we'd like to request the use of
your stage scaffolding equipment as a platform for our graduation ceremony.

I am looking forward to your strong leadership and outstanding service

promptly addressing my concern.
