GENERAL QUESTIONS

Why are you applying to be part of the MM team of AIESEC in Brasov?

The main reason why I want to apply for this position is the opportunity to get
more involved in helping people who want to live a beautiful experience in the
opportunities offered by aiesec and at the same time to learn more about aiesec and
what impression it leaves on the people who benefit of opportunities. Besides these
reasons, on a personal level I would like to learn more skills, including how to
manage a team and help it with information when the members need it.
GENERAL QUESTIONS

What are your strongest skills and assets that you can bring to AIESEC
in Brasov through this position?

TRUSTWORTHY
trust is fundamental in any relationship, be it personal or professional. To motivate
others to do their best and share the same vision and goal as you, you need to be the
first they can think of, whether they tell you their work-related problems or even
have your help to solve the problem.

Decisive
Decisiveness is the ability to make clear-cut and timely decisions with the
appropriate amount of information. In the workplace, decisiveness is key to
effectively executing plans and achieving goals.

Solution-oriented
A solution oriented approach helps people to develop goals and solutions rather than
just explore and analyse current problems. It is different to more traditional helping
methods in that it focuses on the present and the future, on goals and how to
achieve them.
GENERAL QUESTIONS

Imagine there is an EP from the department of Faculty of Letters, last year of
university and has intermediate English level and wants to go in a GTe in
Europe, which doesn't have a suitable opportunity. How can you convince
that EP to go in one of the IR Partners countries such as India?

I would start talking to him to see which country suits him. After finding the most
attractive country, I would try to find the most attractive opportunities. the next step
would be to present the advantages and disadvantages of the partner country.
Finally, if they have been to that place before, I would share their experiences.
