Introduction
This document describes the Generator Relay Metering Panel item to be tested on a SAT period. The SAT
will demonstrate the operation and integration of the UCB, Governor, SCADA, SYN system and verify the
hardware being supplied.

Health and Safety

tests are to be performed in the stated sequence to avoid danger. All faults during electrical testing must
be rectified or deemed by a qualified and competent person not to compromise safety before further
testing can proceed.
