    AFFIDAVIT OF NO RENTAL

    I, LUZVIMINDA PENAFORT, of legal age, widow, and a resident of Vito,


    Minglanilla, Cebu, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in accordance
    with law, hereby depose and state that:

    1. I am the lessee of an office space located at the 2 nd Flr., Mang Tinapay


    Building, Cansaga, Consolacion, Cebu.

    2. I have hired Atty. Llewelyn P. Menchavez-Porta as legal counsel of my


    office.

    3. As such, out of my generous accommodation to Atty. Menchavez-


    Porta, I have allowed her to use my leased property free of rent.

    4. I execute this affidavit of no rental for the processing of Atty.


    Menchavez-Porta’s business permit/business registration with the
    local government of Consolacion and with the Bureau of Internal
    Revenue (BIR) and other relevant agencies and offices.
