    I, BENIGNO DON Y. CHAN, of legal age, Filipino, with office address at


    No. 917 EDSA, Brgy. Philam, Quezon City, after having been duly sworn to in
    accordance with law, hereby depose and say that:

    1. That I am the General Manager of GOLDTREE REALTY INC. with


    business address at No. 917 EDSA, Brgy. Philam, Quezon City;

    2. That the said business was registered under the Security Exchange
    Commission on October 20, 2017 with TIN NO. 099-864-128-000;

    3. That since October 2018 the said business is not operating;

    4. That for the reason there was no income from the said business;

    5. That I am executing this affidavit in order to attest the truth of the


    foregoing facts and for all legal intents it may serve.

    address at B3 Lot 31 Stuttgart St. Mercedes Executive Village, Pasig City, to be my true
    and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in name, place and stead, to do and perform the
    following acts:
