I am writing this Cover letter to apply for the (Provincial Coordinator) based in Kunduz,
Afghanistan. I saw an open call for the applications on (www.acbar.org).
I am very familiar with similar activities, since I have done the same type of work with my
past employers in Kunduz and Kabul. Moreover, I was very pleased to find out about this
employment possibility, since I perceive your Organization as one of the leading
international organizations who are supporting Afghan Man, Children & women
throughout sustainable development.
I believe that my strong working background and extensive experience in Training and
capacity development, reporting according to the donor requirements, Liaison with
partners, NGOs and government related departments, and providing feedback and
keeping records of project documentation, make me an appropriate candidate for the
advertised position. As you can see in the enclosed resume, I have been working as a
Provincial Manager, Project Manager Assistant and IT Specialist with the (Save The
Children, PCU and NSIA) for more than Five years. Since, my responsibilities and duties
were quite similar to those required in the ad of your organization, I strongly believe I can
perform well on all the delegated duties and tasks. As my greatest success in this position
I would like to point out that I have enough experience from my past employment and I’m
confident that I will be able to successfully perform the Provincial Coordinator tasks as
well.

which proves my strong commitment to perform my responsibilities in a professional and
effective manner. I like to work in a team, but I am also comfortable working on my own.

Implement AGE project at the districts/ provincial level and execute
