Attention!! The floor must be on water level, before starting the installation of the
door unit and door.
- In case of 2 door wings point M is equal to the middle point of the opening width.
- In case of 1 door wing point M is equal to the left- or right-handed side of the opening width,

If the wall is not flat, aluminium-packing strips must be used to fill any
gaps when mounting the rail to prevent bending when the installation
bolts in the wall are tightened.
Be sure the side panels are fixed well to the wall, floor and rail!
• The cables of the photocells and the photocells have to be installed first before mounting the door wings.
The cables must be installed in the rubber door frame-profiles or in the aluminium profiles of the door
frame (use silicon in the aluminium profiles to fasten the cables!).

- Place the carriers (14) into rail (1). (The Running wheels (22) have to be placed on the bottom of the running
track !)
- Push the Upper wheel(21) gently in direction of the arrow (P) and tighten the screw of this wheel.
- Attention: This wheel may NOT touch the upper part of the running track.
- To mount and adjust the door wings the connection plate (15) on the carrier is used. This plate gives the
possibility to adjust the door wing to the right height by means of the adjusting bolt (18).
- After adjusting the door wing the connection plate (15) has to be fixed by
using the bolts 17. Bolts 16 stays loose and is just for connection both plates during adjusting these plates.
- Attention: Total door weight when using 2 door wings is 240 kg - UWS2400 and 140 kg - UWS1400.
- Per doorwing 2 carriers are used with a total carrying capacity of 120 kg.
- Attention: If the door wing is > 120 kg, use for every 60 kg extra an extra carrier as well, (i.e Telescopic)
- Opening between the carriers in closed position is 25 mm and is blocked by the end buffers.
- The adjustment of the carriers must leave an opening of 1 mm when the locking clasp (13) is in locked position.
- Without locking device or only electrical locking use end buffers no. 11A.
- With hook locks use end buffers no. 11B.
After mounting the door wings the connection strip (no.4) in the middle of the rail has te be mounted in the top
profile (no 6).
On this strip the basic unit is fixed afterwards.
The connection strip (no. 4) is fixed with 2 adjusting screws (Allen-key inside M8 x 20) no.5.
The basic unit (no. 23) has to be fixed afterwards with 4 screws Ripp M8 x 12 (no. 17).
When using the basic unit 1800m 1 extra screw no.17 is used.
On the left- and right handed side of the connection strip 2 long bolts (M8 x 120) including 2 nuts are mounted. On
these bolts the basic unit can be fixed during maintenance.
On the most left handed side an extra screw must be present for earthed contact.
This is screw no. 17 with a toothed washer (DD x 8); this screw must be fixed securely.
The end buffers (no. 11) are installed on the left and right handed side into the rail.
These are fixed with screw no. 53 (Ripp M6x12) and sliding nut no. 57 (M6).
The middle end buffers are mounted on strip and fixed into a special sliding nut with the same length as the strip.
The width of this strip is normal 60 mm (no. 11A).
When hook locks are installed, the end buffers are mounted on a strip (no. 11B) with a length
of 130 mm .

-Per door wing 2 carriers are used.
Opening between the carriers is 25 mm
and is blocked by the end buffers (11).
-The adjustment of the carriers must
leave an opening of 1 mm when the
locking clasp (13) is in locked position.
By sliding the basis unit (23) a little
to the left or right, the right position
will be found.
-The electrical locking device is
connected to the locking board that
is plugged into the PCB. 11 11

The electrical locking (40) together with the locking clasp (13) is pushed through the
mounting opening (43) into the basic-unit (23) and secured by the bolts (41).
The doors are closed fully and the locking device is placed into locked position.
In this position there must be a space of about 1mm between the locking clasp and the locking clasp on the
carrier.
To change from powerless locked to powerless unlocked: 1- Remove the 2 wires of the solenoid. 2-Remove
bolts A 3- Bring the solenoide incl. the spring to the other side. 4- bring in the bolts in C and fasten them.
4- connect the 2 leads of the solenoid again in the terminal

2.12 Mounting the basic-unit; connection of the door wings to the connection bars
23 29 32 33
Attention:
-Be sure the motor is earthed well on the basic unit by means of an special earthed strip.
-Don't mount the cables in a roll but parallel.
-Cables must be fixed with cable binders.
After mounting the motor, toothed belt and end wheel (39)
the toothed belt has to be tightened by means of the con-
struction to adjust the belt tension (47). Bolt 48 is to loosen.
The plate must be moved MANUALLY in the direction of
the arrow. The upper and the bottom part of the belt must be
pushed gently together and bolt (48) retightened.
Bolt 5 is to fasten the basic unit upto the mounting rail

After the basic-unit is mounted into the rail, the connection bars (29) have to be connected to the carriers with
bolts .
Connect the connection bolts through the holes (37) into the basic unit.
• ATTENTION: Check that the heads of these bolds don't touch the carriers or basic-unit after these bolts
have been tightened.
Check the right position of the belt clamp (35) on the connection bar. This clamp must be in line with the
connection bar

• Pay attention to the correct mounting of motion detectors and that under no circumstances should the
motion detectors be activated by moving objects, like plants or wind and rain in the active area.
- When mounted on the cover check that the cover is securely mounted using all screws. Under no
circumstances should the cover be allowed to vibrate and activate the motion detector.
- When mounted outside a weather proof housing must be installed above the motion detector.
ATTENTION:
-Check after wiring connection that the wiring is connected according to the wiring diagram and the
wiring in the connection-terminals are tight.
-Check that when closing the cover no cables can be trapped by the cover.
-When the motion detector is mounted on the cover check the connection terminal of the motion detector:
when raising the cover that the connection terminal can not get loose from the motion detector and the
wiring must be free of carriers, belt, etc.
Check that, after mounting the cover, the cover doesn't hit the door wing.
