LESSON PLAN IN MATHEMATICS 2

I. OBJECTIVE:
Illustrates and writes a related equation for each type of multiplication: repeated addition, array,
counting by multiples, and equal jumps on the number line

Subtask:
Illustrates and writes a related equation for each type of multiplication: array

What kinds of sound do they make? Soft and Loud Sounds

That is right! Animals produce different


sounds. These sounds can be classified into
two (2): soft and loud sounds.
Soft sounds- these are sound that are low in
volume.

Examples:

Loud sounds- these are sound that are high in


volume.

Examples:

Teacher-to-Pupil Activity:

Right now, I am going to play the sound of different


animals. Then, I will call someone to identify if the
sound is soft or loud. Are you now ready?

 I have here a box with toy animals inside. Take each 5. Soft
animal out of the box and act out the animal and the
sound it makes.

Pupil-to-Pupil Activity: (Pupils act out the animal they picked from
the box and imitate the sound it produced)
Now, I will divide the class into three (3) groups. The
first group will name the first set of animal pictures
(Slow). The second group will match the animal with
its corresponding sound (Average). The last group
will give the sound and identify what kind of sound
are produced by the second set of animal pictures
(Fast).

When its sound is high in volume.


G. APPLICATION

Do you have pets at home? Yes ma’am!

How many pets do you have? (Pupils will give their answers)

What sounds are produced by your pets? (Pupils will give the sound produced by their pets)

Do you feel angry every time your pets make noise?

Have you experience being bitten by your pets? (Pupils will give their answers)

We give them food and water.
