PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
RMF LLC – Accounting Lead August 2012-present
Working with former executive management from MetLife, I am one of 5 individuals who worked to develop a startup
company in mortgage financing. I was responsible for the development and implementation of the accounting and HR
structure.
 Responsible for instituting and managing all payroll processing for over 270 employees in approximately30 states,
including executive, exempt and non-exempt employee classifications, wage garnishments, bonus and
commission payments. Processed payroll with both Paychex and ADP payroll systems.
 Responsible for tax payment reconciliations and resolution of all issues with state regulatory groups and
employees.
 Responsible for all payroll/HR reporting including personnel changes, Overtime reporting, timecard exception
and monitoring report, income verification requests, and paid time off balances.
 Responsible for all journal entry uploads to the general ledger.
 Worked with HR resources to develop a comprehensive employee benefit program including medical/
dental/vision benefits, ADD, STD, LTD, Life Insurances and 401k, FSA/HSA account setup and administration. I
