The Municipality of Delfin Albano is currently constructing a Sanitary Landfill approximately containing
an area of Nine (9) Hectares located at Carmencita, Delfin Albano, Isabela. Aside from the said Sanitary
Landfill one of the programs in the rest of the area is the establishment of Ecological Park which requires
the presence of numerous trees preferably fruit trees, Gmelina and Mahogany.
It is in this reason that the undersigned is requesting your good office to provide us fruit trees and other
seedlings to be planted in the said area.
The realization of this request would surely contribute in combating climate change by reducing the effect
of hazardous gases and also promote a healthy environment and balance ecosystem.

The Municipal Planning and Development Office spearheaded the updating of the Comprehensive Land
Use Plan (CLUP) of the municipality wherein it requires series of data gathering in all sectors including
data and information’s in all barangays within the municipality.
Hence, considering the short period of time before the finalization and eventually submission of this plan
to the Provincial Land Use Committee (PLUC), this office requesting you to allow the MPDC and his
staff to render overtime to ensure the accomplishment of this endeavor until the month of February of this
year.
We submit ourselves to obey all available rules and regulations pertaining to the rendition of overtime
under the Civil Service Commission (CSC).

The Municipal Planning and Development Office is one of the frontline offices to be validated in relation to
Seal of Good Local Governance (SGLG) under environmental management area being designated as
Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office to include the presence of mandatory local plans of this
municipality.
Hence, considering the short period of time and additional tasked that needs to be done before the scheduled
SGLG National Validation of the municipality on August 20, 2019, this office requesting you to allow the
MPDC and his staff namely: Ms. Mary Joy D. Albano, Ms. Grace D. Acidera, Mr. Jonard F. Cañero, Mr.
Randy Dumencil, Mr. Jerry Sumapi, Mr. Romeo Damo and Mr. Rene Francisco, to render overtime on
August 17-18, 2019 (Saturday and Sunday) to ensure accomplishment of the following activities, to wit:
 Take MOVs for PCF Projects;

 Preparation of necessary documents for validation;
 Supervise the implementation of Solid Waste Management in various barangays; and
 Segregate residual waste at Temporary Residual Containment Area (Barangay Carmencita and
Ragan Sur).
We submit ourselves to obey all available rules and regulations pertaining to the rendition of overtime under
the Civil Service Commission (CSC).
