1. Set your Mission Statement and/or Goal What do you


want to become?

I want to open my own clothing boutique in a big city like Lahore or Islamabad. Though I don’t have any experience about this but it
dream to start this business.
A clothing boutique is different from a normal retail clothing store in that sells to a very specific niche market.

2. What is your Unique Selling Proposition?


USP – what makes you stand out in the mind of a future employer?

The clothes in my boutique will be different from those of the competition. I will look at the products of my competitors carry and loo
pricing strategies. I will create a unique clothing style that stands out from the crowd and that brands my store as the place to go to for
particular designs.

3. Identify your Audience/Target Markets


Think about who needs to know you and your capabilities and then define them.

High school and middle school age consumers looking for the trendiest in latest fashion. College age consumers that are looking for tr
clothing at an affordable price. Young professionals in search of trendy clothing at an affordable price for themselves and their childre

4. Define your Strategy/Plan of Attack


This section should, at a minimum, a) find out where your Audience/Target Market is, and b) determine how you can communicate w
audience.

My boutique will have a consistent design for its logo and color scheme. This theme should be consistently used on mailings, signage
other marketing materials. Moreover I will create a website for my boutique. Having a website is an excellent way to present a unique
for your boutique. It’s useful as a product showcase and to demonstrate how they differ from the competition. Additionally , I will org
special events are opportunities to attract more traffic. Consumers are always interested in something new and different. Events could
promoted by regular mailings, emails to existing customers and ads in local newspapers and magazines

5. Implement it!
Think about what you will do, when you will do it, where you will do it, what resources you will need, what obstacles you may nee
overcome etc.
My plan to open a clothing boutique is perfect but it requires a best location and good investment. My mind is to open this after compl
studies Moreover after my International Relations degree I will get experience and training from somewhere about whole process then
open it. I want to do open this boutique in a big city like Islamabad or Lahore and want to attract more audience. Resources that I requ
this is money , place, time , experience, staff , branding and advertising. Obstacles which I will face is money because for this heavy
investment is required and second obstacle will be my own experience because I just have a dream and I don’t have an experience abo
will overcome this by doing a job in other people’s boutique where I will understand about the whole business.

6. Re-evaluate regularly
How will you define what’s working or not working? What do you need to start doing, stop doing, or do differently etc.

A marketing plan for a clothing boutique involves identifying the target demographic and finding unique products that meet their inter

I will Identify products that sell the best and that have the highest profits. Occasionally, it may be necessary to overhaul product line.
An effective marketing campaign involves consistent promotion with mailings, flyers and ads in newspapers and I will try my best to
my product as much I can. If any strategy doesn't work then I will think about this and change my strategy according to the audience
requirements
