    I. Activity Summary

    Title of the Project:


    Theme: “Spreading Love and Happiness Through Sharing”
    Expected Participants : 150
    Facilitators : 50
    Target Date : October 30, 2021
    Venue : Villa El Blanco, Jamorawon, Almeria, Biliran
    Source of Fund : SK Fund

    II. Rationale:

    A project to provide for the youth of Villa El Blanco to encourage, develop,


    and train the youth to contribute to the general welfare and the betterment of
    life for every members of the community or the enhancement, safety,
    recreation and moral of the citizenry and other socio welfare services.

    III. Objectives

    Barangay Jamorawon Officials, SK Officials & SK Sampao will be Launching


    the newly elected KaVEBA Officers in Villa El Blanco with the partnership of
    LYDC, KKDAT Almeria, 4H-Club Almeria.

    The activities can help youth participants:

     aims to uplift, help and support those are deprived of certain services and
    rights.
     to respond effectively to the multiple needs of the poor through social services
    towards integral human development
     to restore and enhance the social functioning of people living in situations to
    less fortunate.
    IV. Project Description

    Different youth sector and organization will be participating in this activity at


    Villa El Blanco. Partners of this said activity are the following: Barangay Jamorawon
    and SK Officials, Local Youth Development Council(LYDC), Kabataan Kontra
    Droga at Terorismo (KKDAT Almeria), 4H-Club Almeria and the different
    fraternities and sororities together with the Non-Government Organization with the
    Theme: “Spreading Love and Happiness Through Sharing” on October 30. 2021.
    Youth Organization and Youth Serving Organizations are encourage to take part in
    this event.
    This activity includes: Clean-up drive, BARANGAYanihan, Community Variety
    Booth Supplies, Feeding Activity and Bazaar.

    V. Budgetary Requirements
    SK Jamorawon:
    a. Pack Lunch (1 meal & 2 snacks) - P 12,000.00
    P 200 x 60 pax for Visitor
    SK Sampao:
    b. 2 menu for facilitators
    P 1,000.00 x 2 meals - P 2,300.00
    c. Sound system - P 3,200.00
    Sub Total - P 5,500.00
    Total: - P 17,500.00
