    Project Proposal

    Barangay Tuktukan

    Title: Santa Anang Banak Taguig River Festival 2020


    Target Beneficiaries: Residents of Barangay Tuktukan
    Venue: Tuktukan, Taguig City
    Date: July 20, 2020
    Source of Fund: Tourism and Cultural Development Fund

    Rationale:
    The Philipines is proudly the only Christian nation in Asia where eighty six percent (86%) of the
    population is Roman Catholic. Most Catholic Church in the communities have their own patron whose
    feast days are celebrated yearly as a form of thanksgiving for all the blessings received from God.
    The feast of St. Anne is celebrated every 26 th of July. As part of celebration, The Barangay
    Government of Tuktukan once again wants to be part of this remarkable event and give happiness to our
    residents by participating in Santa Anang Banak Taguig River Festival.

    Objectives:
    * To preserve our culture and tradition that connects the people to our history.
    * To initiate camaraderie among the residents of Barangay Tuktukan.

    Methodology:
    * Conduct of meeting and delegation of personnel.
    * Purchased and distribution of fruits to the residents of Barangay Tuktukan.

    Participants:
    * The Punong Barangay, Barangay Council, and Barangay Staffs.
    * Residents of Barangay Tuktukan.

    Date and Venue:


    This activity will be held on July 26, 2020 at Barangay Tuktukan, Taguig City.
