AND WHERE as the 2 p a r t y has approached the 1s party seeking the said flat on rent for a

period of Eleven (11)) months from the 16th day of August 2022 on uthe terms and conditions

Conditions of this rental deed
1. The lease period is 11 months (from 16.08.2022 to 15.07.2023) which shall comine

trom 16.08.2022 and the 2 party shall pay an amount of rupees

(Fourty Six Thousand rupees only) towards Security Deposit.

16.08,2022. The 2nd Party shall pay to the 1t Party the said monthly rent Dy

onfine/cheque/cash on or before 1s day of each English Calendar montn.


That the 2 Party has agreed to pay Rs.46,000/-(RuDees fourty six thousand only)
Equal to Two months rent as Security Deposit to be refunded without interest at the time
OF temination of the agreement or vacation of the house/flat after deducting outstanding

aues, f any and there is no adjustment to be made towards rent against advance
A. hat 2 Party shall keep the premises in good and attend to minor repairs such as fuses,

leakage, of water taps etc.


. That the 2d Party shall use the premises for residential purpose only and shall pay for

consumption of electricity direct to the concerned authorities as per bills received by them.

6 That the 2nd Party shall not sub-let. Assign or otherwise part with possession of the
premises without the consent of the 1st party in writing.

That the 1 Party or 2nd Party, Shal be entitled to terminate the agreement at any time
during the initial or renewed term(s) of the agreement upon serving ONEmonth prior
notice in writing of his/her intention to do so.
8 That the 2nd Party shall handover the leased premises on the same conclition which the
first party handed over the second party.

9. That the 14 Party shail pay all the taxes, rates, icense fees, ground rent and charges of
whatever character assessed, levied, charged and imposed by any lawful authority in
respect of the premises.
10. That the agreement term can be renewed by mutual agreement of both first and second

party for further renewal after expire of the present lease period.
