    COMPOSITION SCIENTIFIC FACT:


    Each ml contains : 1. Bromhexine can be administered in combination with
    Levofloxacin hemihydrates l. P. Equivalent to antimicrobial agents in the treatment of respiratory infections
    Adding value since
    over 4 decades Levofloxacin 100 mg as it causes disruption on the mucopolysaccharides of
    Bromhexine HCl. I.P. 7.5mg bronchial secretion, thus improving bronchial penetration of
    antimicrobial drug.
    INDICATION
